I will never use this company again. I get charged $50 for each cancelation fee and they cancel half an hour before my daughter's appointment she take the day off work and I have to drive to st Thomas to pick her up and drop her off for the day so we lose over $250 for one day to reschedule this is not the first incident there are many this is the final straw for this review.

I had my braces put in at Ritebite in 2019 and my braces finally came off today! They have always been nice and quick with my appointments and very organized. They were able to coordinate my care with my family dentist for the best result. Overall I am satisfied with my treatment.

Ritebite is a great place to go for braces and all orthodontic treatment. I now have 2 kids who have been treated here and the results are awesome. Dr. Luis and Dr. K are two of the nicest Orthodontists around plus they're super knowledgeable. The staff is always friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. The bonus, is my kids love the gourmet cookies!!

Terrible Customer Service. I was told I was going to receive receipts for my payment plan and after 4 months they said they couldn't get it for me. Response time is slow! DEFINETLY DO NOT GO HERE!I also addressed that I was getting serious neck pain after starting treatment and nobody took it seriously. They claimed it was not from the treatments and did not help at all.

The staff at Rite Bite Waterloo is awesome! My daughter had braces on for two years and they made the experience very successful. Always easy to make an appointment, the staff are very friendly and accommodating!

I had such an amazing experience with Invisalign at Rite Bite Waterloo. The staff is very accommodating and all very friendly! They did a great job answering all my questions and making me feel very comfortable with the whole process.

RiteBite was such a wonderful experience for my son and me. They were organized, sent handy reminders, professional, and most importantly, very kind. My son had experienced abuse. The RiteBite team were so compassionate. They took all of his needs into account when building a treatment plan. The staff were all supportive and made every visit something my son enjoyed. We will miss them!

Braces care is excellent. On the business and finance side, something has changed in the last 4 years. They use to be great, now it's empty words and some shady practices. Was lied to my face, making my first payment in June 30th and that my first auto payment would be the 15th of each month starting in August.Now they say I owe them for July 15th and that the first payment was a downpayment" when the person I spoke to told me "no downpayment is needed". They also missed the Aug. payment because of a "glitch". They've had access to my bank account for over 4 years and never an issue. Do they say something to me about this? No
