AMB Driving School

I passed my G test after taking the refresher courses for driving at this school (AMB Barrie location) . I had an amazing experience! My instructor Malik was incredibly patient and repeated instructions as many times needed. He pointed out my mistakes which I avoided during my test. He went over my weak areas multiple times until I was able to get them right. I would totally recommend this school for anyone trying for any type of driving license.

I have put driving on hold for sometime because I was fearful and uncomfortable with the thought of ever driving. I never made it a duty to learn until I came into AMB driving school. During my experience I was paired with Faheem and I can now say, that I am a safe and confident driver. Faheem has made this foreign experience so much more rewarding to fulfill. He is such a great communicator and gives you such easy tips to making your manoeuvres on the road. I wouldn’t be where I am today with driving and passing my G2 road test; without him. If you are looking for the best of the best, for driving instructors, Faheem is who you should ask for. Moving forward, I will always count on him for professional support regarding my driving. He is always such a great person to talk to and very easy going! I am extremely grateful for all his support and will continue doing lessons with him to prepare for my G license.

Faheem was an amazing instructor for both my kids. he taught my son 3 years ago and then my daughter, just this past year in Barrie, and he also taught my niece in Toronto. He is accommodating, reliable and friendly. My kids thought he was calm and gave them encouraging lessons. They both passed their driving tests on the first try! My experience with this driving school was excellent from beginning to end. Scheduling was simple and flexible. I had Faheem as my instructor, and he made me feel confident behind the wheel, always adapting his advice to my own style of driving, and with his help I was able to pass G2 road test on my first attempt. I did AMB driving school this winter/spring of 2020-2021 and it was fantastic. The online portion (as I did the E-learning package) was not my favourite, but it was nice to be able to complete it in my own time rather than have to go to classes for 8 hours in a day. Then, the in-car portion was fantastic. Faheem is an excellent instructor. He is clear in his instructions and gave me a ton of tips that made driving so much easier. He was great at keeping in touch about planning lessons and was always on time. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

After having a terrible experience with another driving school, I contacted Faheem from AMB and it was a completely different experience. He is kind, patient and a really good teacher. He knew and clearly explained to me everything that would happen in my road test day. As a result, I felt confident and obtained my G driver's license on the first attempt!
