Employees here are very kind, knowledgeable, and take time to really help. My little guy loves his fish! And thanks to the helpful staff, fish is thriving. Will definitely go back.

Whenever my dog gets mucky and needs a quick bath, I bring her here and use the self serve wash option for $10. They provide the tub, shampoo and towels however, I bring my own shampoo because theirs is watered down significantly. Anytime I come here I see the same two employees who kind of hover and stare. This makes it awkward. I don't need an audience.

I picked up a cat water fountain a few days ago, and the young woman who helped me gave me some additional tips to help me use it and get my cat to drink more water. I had a hefty vet bill and feel like I learned more from the associate at this store than I did from my vet. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I’ve had several good experiences at this store and feel like the staff always go above and beyond!

I went to the Petvalue in Canarama Mall for the first time on the weekend. From the outside it looks like it would be kind of small. But when l went in l was pleasantly surprised how big and well lit it was! A very friendly employee greeted me immediately and took me straight to the specific cat food l was looking to purchase. It has an awesome variety of pet products. I left with my cat food, a new cat collar and an awesome, reasonably priced cat scratching board. I will definitely be giving them my business and highly recommend you do the same!

Very happy with my latest visit! I was after a specific food for my allergic dog, which they didn't have, but the person working explained a bunch of different options and brands for me.
