Worst store here in downtown dont ever try to go there its so weird.. everything is on final sale so u guys cant return or exchange items that you bought.. Just waste money!

Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! Alert to everyone who will purchase anything, make SURE you verify in store what you are about to purchase as they claim EVERYTHING is a final sale. You want a wig? Take it OUT of the bag and verify it matches what is being advertised....be aware of FALSE PRESENTATION Aaaaaand, they would not let me exchange it!!! With my receipt, less than 24 hrs later! Plus, to make matters worse, the lady at the cash was shameless and rude and to dismiss me, called security!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! Yeah right you are the manager!

Do not buy anything from this store! First of all it's more expensive from other stores more than 6$-7$ and I'll tell you my experience! I wanted to buy a wig , in the storr it's written you can't open it , nor try it ! So I bought it and went home tried it , didn't look at all like the picture and I didn't like it ! So went for EXCHANG not even REFUND, and they said no we can't! This was a terrible experience and a terrible purchase that I did and it doesn't make sense either what they said! DO NOT GO THERE

These people are thieves...We have filed a complaint with the OPC. They have 2 locations, one on saint-catherine and another one at Plaza Alexis Nihon...they sale broken articles and they don’t refund. My experience was even worse. Went to Plaza Àlexis Nihon. Bought à Capitan America shield for my 10 year old son for 50$. As we stepped out of the store, I realised that the shield was broken. Went back inside the store to ask for at least an exchange, the employee says sorry we don’t refund or exchange. We argued but the employee started lying about my son dropping it. Other clients who witnessed the whole scene were so discussed by the employee s behaviour that they left the store.Shame on these people!!! You can call consumer protection they say they will investigate!!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is just so weird. It’s dark, dingy and unkept. The packaging of a lot of the products are dusty and grimey, which raises a question of hygiene. The employees were standing by the cash, chatting and giggling, which is fine, but I wasn’t even greeted when the door was right infront of them. It felt rude, especially since I was the only customer in the dead store. Not to mention how overpriced their stuff is. 20$ for a pair of basic costume gloves is unacceptable.

It doesn't only has everything for helloween, but also for weedings, birthdays and even retirement parties. Great selection of party items grouped by colors. Great selection of wigs and theater body paints and artificial hair of all types and colors. Just being here and seeing all those costumes and accessories and such a great variaty already made us all happy.

The worst place to shop for any celebration ... no refunds don't change the damaged products ... the worst experience of my life in Canada, not even have a phone in certain stores. Vendors are unavailable and rudely untraceable throughout the world. 2 $ each balloon to be inflated and nn only if you are late for a few hours to recover the balloons, they have not even swollen the balloons that had fallen on the ground, super dirty places, staff that doesn't even consider you when you spend $ 200 of balloons ... balloons !!! not products to eat ... what I do not understand as a store that has all negative comments can be accepted in a mall and the truth that you can only give bad comments once you get out of there ... bad experience I can not give 0 stars because it is not allowed. really reviews never lie believe me

Very cheap quality. The Clown shoes broke as soon as I bought them.
