Lush Cosmetics

I have to remember to not touch the bath bombs and then rub my face. Everything is better with glitter anyway, right?! Lush produces awesome soaps, bath bombs, fragrances, and a bunch of other stuff that seems popular but I don't understand, (face nourishing creams, scrubs, etc). You're best to check it out yourself. My Pizza Queen has a favorite perfume from here that makes me melt like a fine cheese.

Was curious and had some questions when I was browsing one day so I asked Grace who was cutting what looked like fudge but she told me it was not (just like the faux macaroons that are Incredibly artistic)also how it's made and how they source as many ingredients as they can locally and sustainably and even just make entirely different soaps and fragrances from whatever is available at the time which I found interesting.She was very informative and the shop has many many different shapes of soaps and other hygiene products that won't make you feel like eating them so check it out on a rainy day or something (haha)

This store deserves 5 stars! The staffs are so friendly and kind. You will experience a warm welcome. They know their products very well and always can give you a good recommendation. They pay attention to the details. Their staff Sumeer even will adjust and check the water temperature to make sure you feel comfortable washing your hand. And Jessica is very patient. She spent time with me picking the products. And she is very professional and friendly. I enjoy shopping lush products in their store. I definitely will go back again, and again!

Giving this location 5 stars solely based on customer service! I just happened to be at the mall today with my 4 year old son and we walked by the Lush store and decided to go in. We were immediately greeted by a staff member playing with a giant bowl of bubbles at the door. They proceeded to give my son a handful of bubbles and asked him for a high five, full of bubbles! He thought it was the greatest thing. I asked them to show me some products and of course my kid just wanted to touch and smell everything, and while I was trying to keep him from touching all the merchandise, the staff were encouraging him to touch and smell everything. He found his way to the bath-bombs and they let him put one in a big bowl of water to see the effects! He had a blast. We eventually paid for our items but not before they added an extra bath bomb to our bag, free of charge. Thanks guys for making our Lush experience a very memorable one. Staff like you are truly exceptional. Thank you.

Had a great experience with Jessica at this store! She was so friendly, gave great recommendations, and gave me samples of things I had not tired before which I'd love to buy.

We were looking for bath bombs but found so much more!The customer service was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and great with children!I loved how everything was displayed, it was very well organized and clean. The products smelled amazing and I ended up getting a few new items that I cant wait to use!Shopping here was a great experience and I will be back!

Forever Remembering how super thoughtful this Lush was towards me!We stopped by while in the area, and mentioned that we wanted to get some bath bombs, bubble baths, etc.EVERY employee there was informative, and one employee in particular (Mehak) went above and beyond to customize the experience for us. We will forever remember this location. Great job to whomever is hiring and training staff.

Okay I had the BEST experience today (March 18) with the staff at Lush Pacific Centre. They greeted me right away and showed me the new bath bombs and helped me select ones I hadnt tried yet. They gave me some samples and complimented my outfit which is just so kind. They are such kind human beings and they all deserve a raise! Thanks for making my experience great today!!
