I think the owner should redo their training for some of their young staff (floor girls) . I unfortunately experienced terrible costumer service with a girl wearing a white sweater and brown hair she was incredibly rude and 20min before closing kept rushing and pushing everyone to leave the store with an attitude. I understand it's a Sunday and everyone wants to go home but it was 20min before closing and there was still plenty of people in the store. She continued to just tell my husband and I they are closing in 5minutes when there was 20min still left. We just put our clothes back and left. She was very rude. I'd appreciate a manager to get back to me so we can discuss this incident thank you.

WARNING DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!I was shopping there today and they tried to scam me. They put shirts on the $5 rack discounted. So I took two and When I went to pay they tried to charge me full price for the clothes which was $20. I believe they are doing this on purpose to trick people. I used to like shopping there but I don't trust them anymore.

Really disappointed in the customer service at this location. I was shocked at the “dress code” for employees as one of them was wearing low-rise baggy sweatpants and a crop top. I actually wasn’t sure if she was an employee based on her attire. Furthermore, she was really rude to me and sounded annoyed that I was asking her for help. She had blonde hair.I was hoping to buy a top that was on a mannequin as it was the last one left and usually stores are happy to remove the item of clothing because it’s a sale. The blonde girl was rude to me when I asked why the top couldn’t be remove. The manager was professional and told me that head office prohibits them from removing clothing from the mannequins as there was another shipment of shirts on the way. I do understand this, but was disappointed.

Selection of and price of clothes was good, like I expected. However, the only 2 staff members that were working yesterday could not have been more unpleasant. This was my first time visiting this location in particular, so I'm not sure how the rest of the team normally interacts with customers, but I wasn't impressed.
