Reinee Bouclin Real Estate ( Shark of the Park )

We met Reinee almost 3 years ago when on a whim we went to an open house. We have always wanted to move to Sherwood Park so we started to work with Reinee. Then Covid hit and everything stalled out. We still kept in contact with Reinee expressing our desire to still move from Millwoods she helped with all kinds of hints & tips with our current house so we worked on those to maximize our sale. We started again at the beginning of 2022 viewing houses once again. With todays market we were advised to find one before we listed as Reinee said she could sell ours within a week. So we hunted and looked at a number of houses until we found the perfect home so we aggressively went after it and she secured the purchase much to our delight. Then it came our turn so we listed within a few days of the new purchase and we sold in less than 10 hours....Shark of the Park" Indeed. We haven't moved in yet but are very excited to start this new chapter in our lives. Reinee was very understanding of our needs and wants and very attentive and was there for us every step of the way so far. Reinee was an absolute dream to work with. She was honest and upfront with us about every house we saw, and she made sure my family got into the perfect home for us. She also keeps her client list small so you really feel like you're valued and not just another client. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor! 10/10!

I LOVE Reinee! She is so amazing! We are first time home buyers and I was very cautious and clear that I didn't want anyone to upsell me. I wanted to know all the dirty, nasty things that could happen. I wanted someone to tell me if my decisions are correct, or if I'm being over the top. I wanted someone to laugh at ugly floor tiles with and gawk at beautiful kitchen islands. Reinee was all that for me! She even moved a whole table and rug and took a peek at a sketchy hatch with me in a kitchen of a 100 year old home! She has been a therapist and a friend and all things in between and has made this journey so enjoyable, even while I freaked out! She's so good at her job, she's a GREAT negotiator and got us a wonderful price for our home!

Reinee is an amazing realtor. We had three quotes on our home and Reinee was the only one who didnt under price it for an easy sell. She was extremely professional and provided sound, realistic advice for selling. When conditions fell through on our sale, she worked worked her magic and sold it again within hours. We were not going to use a realtor to purchase a home, but Reinee was so great, it just made sense to have Reinee help us. She showed us houses, within our budget and screened the houses before we looked at them to ensure we were not wasting our time. When things got stressful with the unknown, she was there to answer our questions, give us very sound advice and was always so accommodating.
