As soon as I called I was put on hold, then when I finally spoke to her, she seemed more preoccupied to get off the phone then understand the reason for the call, that being my kitten's extreme discomfort to the point of finding the closet vet to just look at her, she could be dying. If you call, they will just tell you to go somewhere else, save your call and find a better clinic. Maybe they are friendly enough for public service, but was definitely not helpful for a concerned pet owner, and brushed me aside politely"

The vet team at Rouge Valley have been a great place to take both my previous cats (Perry and Smith), first of whom were seen by Dr. Serge and later passed on to Dr. Neve. Both cats were well taken care of whenever they were in for wellness checks and when both later developed urinary problems. Dr. Neve was extremely apt and quick with her thorough blood work Smith developed diabetes and was incredibly supportive through the diagnosis and care regimen I had to adopt with him. When I notified Dr. Neve of Smith's passing, she was incredibly kind and provided good words about him. I have no hesitations on bringing any animals I may adopt in the future to the clinic here.

Dr. Nev and her staff are caring animal lovers. Staff is pleasant on the phone when booking appointments or to ask questions they are always willing to help if they can. Dr. Nev has cared for my 2 cats compassionately and carefully. She has an excellent table-side" manner and you can tell she cares about your pet and his or her best interests. She lays out the options available

Welcoming and friendly staff. Dr. Nev is good with my boy Snow. This is my first visit here with my 3mo old Cockapoo puppy. Overall great experience.

What a horrible experience. The male veterinarian there is the biggest reason people don't like taking their animals to the vet. He's condescending and talks down to you. He definitely needs to reevaluate his work practice. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. It's a shame that his daughter is the most wonderful lady and makes that clinic work.

This is a good clinic and has honest vets. There are many vets around the city who play on people's emotions and upsell every little chance they get because they know people don't know any better and will likely buy into whatever is suggested but these guys at this clinic are honest and straight forward.

Dr. Nev is such a nice person! She got to know my two dogs - one is 9 and one is a puppy - and made them feel relaxed. She genuinely listened to concerns I had. I felt like I was really listened to. Everyone is very friendly, seriously love animals and taking care of them and the office is very very clean. This is the first vet i have felt completely comfortable going to. I wont ever go to another one even though it is an hour away from me. That's how amazing they are!

My puppy Stella loves coming to this Veterinary hospital! All of the staff here are so loving, kind, gentle and honest! They are always super helpful and understanding of all of my questions and concerns as a new dog momma! They are very affordable which is a bonus! Dr. Nev & Dr. Serge have both seen Stella and she always gets excited when she sees them in the patient room. They have made both Stella and I feel comfortable and relaxed when we come for our appointments. This clinic is always clean, welcoming and following covid protocols. I am so happy I found this clinic! It is worth the 30 minute drive hands down :)
