Rose Castle inn/Gracie Joe's Lance Cove

I have been working with Alfred since 2018 for hosting hand making retreats both at the Grand Wabana Inn and now, his new location, at the Rose Castle. The two rooms in the house also housing Gracie Joe's restaurant is just beautiful as it the view.I have travelled extensively all over this province, nationally and internationally and can say without a doubt that Alfred is an artist in the kitchen, creating the best food that I have ever eaten. His plated presentations are gorgeous and the food quality and flavour simply out of this world.Whether for a night, two or longer, the bedrooms are stunning and comfortable. The Lance Cove view amazing and Alfred the penultimate host.Book your accommodations and/or meals immediately. This is a rare gem in both culinary expertise and accommodation in our province and country!

We had Rose Castle Inn/Gracie Joe's cater our Christmas party and the food was amazing! The portions were a perfect size, and the food was flavourful. I only wish I took a photo to upload it for the review.

Alfred is a fantastic host! From his five star dining experience to his gorgeous accommodation. If you get the chance to stay here ask him to make you a tray of brownies and a meal of ribs with roasted root veggies. We are so thankful for his hospitality and time.

The loss of the Grand Wabana Inn broke my heart, but it was eased by my stay at the new Rose Castle Inn! It has bright, beautiful rooms decorated tastefully in a nautical theme, breathtaking views, and is the new home of Gracie Joe's cafe - seriously, try the brownies!If you're really nice to chef Alfred, he might even cook you up a beautiful gourmet meal with a side of that" spinach salad!
