normally I really enjoy the food here. but today it and the service were terrible. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of past experiences. the chicken was awful, dry, over cooked and tasted off, they didn't include my drink and the service was very rushed and off putting

Called the place up and ordered a steak rice and a chicken rice both with salad. The orders came out to roughly $30 and he included 2 pieces of pita bread and a can of soda each. The food was fresh and super delicious. When we showed up he customized our orders to our liking. 5 stars all the way. Please see pictures.

I called in to place an order for delivery I waited fourty minutes for food that doesn’t taste like anything. Order was completely wrong, woman offered to send out more food which I quickly declined. Go anywhere else

Love Sana Grill. Their chicken and rice is fantastic. I live a couple hours from Hamilton and I always stop to get somenon my way though to take home.

I’ve ordered from this place a few times, and only the first time the food was okay, all other times it was inedible. Shawarma drenched in sauce, rice drenched in sauce, rice drenched in sauce, not surprised someone got food poisoning here. DISGUSTING!!!

Chicken Shawarma and Falafel was okay .. got too much white sauce even though I asked for less sauce.Pop 2 dollars ??? Charge 1.25 .. too much esp when costumers are spending 15$ or more.

0 stars!! Ordered Through Skip the dishes and our food came overly drenched in sauce to the point it was leaking out of the packaging. Secondly, the shwarma wrap I received was heavier than my right arm from the amount of meat that they force stuffed into the pita. Im not sure if they know what correct portions are but i would need to be an elephant to finish what I received

So bad I ordered falafel sandwich and was disappointing. It was extremely oily, the falafel is fried but tastes old and stale. The oil has a fishy taste to it. I was very hungry but could not stomach this. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE
