Pet Valu

I have been a customer of Pet Valu (Moncton) for a couple of years and my experience with them is excellent. I was incredibly happy to hear that a new store was opening in Shediac since it is close to where I live. I have been to the Shediac store three times and noticed the inferior service and grumpy employees. Today I went to the Shediac store to bring back a product (DOG TREATS) purchased in the Moncton Store. My two Dachshunds did not like them. Unfortunately, for the first time, I could not find my receipt but went anyway to obtain either a different product or store credit. The employee looked up my file based on my phone number and categorically refused to give me a refund because, according to her, the item I was returning was not in the file and to get rid of me wished me have a nice night"(I was there around noon!). I called the Moncton Pet Valu and they found my file immediately (based on my phone number) and confirmed that it is store policy to make returns even when the receipt was missing. So

Very good selection of pet supplies

Went in looking for my pets food, when I didn't find it I went to the counter and asked the young girl at the cash if they carried that specific flavor. The other lady behind the cash without even looking at me or acknowledging my presence says we're out" ... didn't offer an expected date of restock or ask if she could check other stores for me. I have been going to Pet Valu for the last 20 years both in Ontario and NB and have never felt less valued as a customer. I was excited when they put this one is as I live in Pointe-du-Chene and it is easier to get my dogs food. Likely won't be returning to this location! Very unfortunate attitude to have for a new business!!"

Amazing store with friendly staffs. Super clean and I likes to go there to shop for our pets. Also they've many treats for almost any kind of animals.Magasin incroyable avec un personnel amical. Super propre et j'aime y aller pour faire des emplettes pour nos animaux de compagnie. De plus, ils ont de nombreuses friandises pour tous les animaux.

Great staff. Very friendly. Happy for this new location.

Lots of choices

J'ai 2 suggestions à faire, l'eau pour laver les chiens devrait être plus chaude et dire we ran out of treats, doesn't cut it in a pet store .Le magasin est très beau, station pour laver les chiens propres.

Their staff is sper nice and knowledgeable. Both my dogs love going there!
