Polite, Professional, Honest. Chris provided me a water damage assessment, and shared feedback about my options on whether I should replace the carpet or continue to let the carpet dry and proceed to use a carpet cleaner due to flooding that occurred within my basement unit. I feel peace of mind with the information that Chris has provided me, and I would recommend his service to others based on the positive experience that I had.

Krishna and certified flooring team is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. During initial quote for replacing carpet with engineering hardwood , Krishna provided detail itemize quote and clarified the work team will be doing for each item. Provided sample material details and pros/cons while choosing the flooring material. Krishna team was wonderful and completed work as promised in time. Krishna also helped in moving heavy item before installation. I will highly recommend Krishna for any flooring work's needs .
