This is a one star review that costed me about 10k for my small business. Please be careful to make construct or re-new construct with them. I lost total 10k without any proper service. My rep name was Joey and my experience was not joyful at all. One day my bin got stolen or taken away so told them to replace with new one. They asked me $500 for 360L new bin which you can easily pick up at canac for $90. They still charged me / invoiced me $400 every month even though no garbage has been picked up. It went on for a year. Mean while I have asked my rep to come see me for help to just solve this problem, he never showed up. When I finally decided to break the construct they made me to pay $3500 with lost bin $500. I hear similar story with another friends that they deal with them. They have strong lawyers team that they wont go easy on you.

We had good service in the past, then we started to experience big delays (2-3 weeks) I kept on being promised that the container will arrive that day but it never arrived. Finally I got through to a supervisor and explained the situation, to correct it she made our account in to a 24hour advance (meaning that from when we order within 24 hours the container is delivered) but when I ordered again a container I was promised that it will be delivered the following morning, what do you think happened next? I called in at 3pm to ask why it wasn't delivered yet then tell me it will be delivered on Monday.This is very bad service and not honest.

An Enviro Connexions truck damaged our property in February. I immediately opened a service ticket but had an impossible time trying to get the issue resolved. After 6 months of following up weekly and getting no concrete response or plan to repair the damages, I was told the damage was not done by their truck, despite having witnessed it, spoken to the driver, getting an acknowledgement was a broken hydraulic arm and having provided photos of the incident. It is now September and I have yet to see any resolution beyond several employees promising" to follow up. The sheer incompetence and complete lack of respect for our property and our time is unlike anything I have experience to date."

Excellent and courteous customer service. Pierre-Olivier responded to my enquiry in a timely manner and he answered all my questions.

Absolute worst company in the city. Beware, zero service, zero customer service. Read contract before signing, they will auto renew your contract for 5 years without advising you, and will penalize you for 9 months worth of service if you try to break your contract. They are devious and have no customer service. All the good reviews here were coerced by the reps to their clients in order to receive a better deal in their contracts. STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible garbage service and customer service. In my contract there’s an agreed one pickup of garbage per week. It’s been 5 weeks and still they have not come to pickup my garbage. Whenever i try to talk to the customer service or the sales rep that made the contract, they always say sorry we will send them on x day but they never show up. I have a company to run and not having my garbage picked up is a very big problem for me.
