I'm not sure I trust any of the positive reviews here, as they seem far-fetched from reality. My review is based on REAL and personal experience dealing with the ONE and only available repair man at the company whose skills are questionable and bedside manners - well, let's just say this person should not be dealing with people, nor machines. After raising an issue in a new-build home, the company sent above-mentioned 'repairman', who was unable to repair the issue (thermostat was not responding). We had another company step in to take a look and they were able to fix the issue within 15 minutes (thank goodness to them - Furnace King saved the day). A few months later we encountered another issue with the heater this time. Since this is under warranty (the house is only a few months old) - we reached out to Mont West again. They sent the same handy" man

The service and compassion afforded to us were exceptional. In an emergency, Samantha rescheduled their servicemen to address our needs. They offered to do warranty job not in the same day, when outside temperature was minus 20. Pretty expensive as well

Without fail, I would recommend Montwest Mechanic Inc. to you with great conviction. We have used them for fireplace installs, gas line work, AC installs and general repairs; each time, the service was exceptional, and the patience afforded to my many questions was much appreciated. It goes without saying that Montwest will continue to be our go-to HVAC company. Many thanks to Robert, Samantha, Ken and the other staff I have neglected to mention.
