Such a fantastic team!!!!! First time there and they were awesome!! Looks like they really enjoy their job which is so nice to see. Some yummies are not in the picture because we enjoyed their tastiness! We will definitely be back!

My partner ordered me a ladybug cake for my birthday the other day. It tasted like sawdust. He specifically asked them to use butter cream icing and no whipped cream and they made the whole cake with fondant and whipped cream. It was so dry and crusty. They also spelled my name wrong. We definitely won’t be ordering anything again. They refused to give a refund. We have the whole cake with only a chunk out of it because it was so gross and they will only give credit towards their other baked goods. Not very good customer service.

I just stopped by Nana & Papas for the first time. What a delight. The counter person was super enthusiastic and friendly and helped me choose a few treats ...among them the very best date square I've ever had! I couldn't finish it, and will have to wait till tomorrow for the other half. There is a good array of different pastries, savory and sweet too. I think they have bread, but i was blinded by the pastries, so I'm not sure!

Super busy bakery with a wide variety of breads, buns, and baked treats (savoury and sweet). A small place, which often has a line up out the door. They move quickly, but re-affirms the popularity of the business. The staff was young, and very helpful and fun. Bread was good! Very tasty and multi - grained. The cookies were huge and tasty:)

This place is wonderful! The cinnamon buns are delicious! When we went there was a food bank truck and they were donating some bread. Such wonderful people that run this place! Thank you for the delicious food!

I ordered a special birthday cake here. The bling bling was falling off . For my wife's Birthday on March 24. Upon pickup. Cake looked. Decent in appearance. When we got back to our resort and looked at the cake more clearly, we noticed her name wasn't spelt right. And the cake contained fake whipping cream! NOT BUTTERCREAM! As I clearly specified! Cake was supper dry. NOT MOIST! Like in had requested. Worst cake. I highly recommend not buying anything from Nana's and papa's bakery in parksville bc!

Heading to Parksville soon and can not wait to visit. Always our first stop before the hotel. Amazing people, amazing baked goods. It is always a delight to choose what we want knowing what ever we choose will be delicious.
