I just finished working with Christina on finalizing my separation agreement. I found Christina to be professional and efficient working with us to meet our deadlines. The package selection approach was very helpful, the system is setup to help you depending on your circumstances. I met with Christina as well as my husband did separately then together. She help us navigate through the changes and modifications that were needed for the agreement to work for both of us. In the end there is a very good video done by Christina going through the signing process. I would highly recommend her services.

I can only recommend this service if you think you have a very simple case. No refund if you cannot complete the process in the 4 week timeline. You have the option to continue but be prepared to pay more $$.

Christina at Modern Separations provides wonderful service in a difficult time. We were walked through the process of writing up a separation agreement with little difficulty. Any questions were answered clearly and concisely. We returned after the initial separation agreement was completed to make changes to the original agreement for a small additional fee. All costs were presented to us before the process started. I would, and have, highly recommend Modern Separations.

Christina assisted my husband and I amicably, and with wisdom, to consider alternative solutions we had never before considered. It left us both satisfied with the process and outcome. Her expertise and knowledge was obvious right from the start. She drafted a separation agreement that was professional and legally sound. The perk of having a mediator who is also a trained lawyer! I would highly recommend her services, & her husband is very easy to deal with on the phone as well.
