ProTech Garage Doors

Pat came to fix our garage door today. I was pretty sure we would require a new one. He sorted out all that was bent out of shape and got thinks back up and running for a fair pice. I may still get a new door and will certainly trust Protech with future business.

The spring of my garage door snapped and calling around, I found that ProTech was reasonably priced and had an appointment for me the same day. It was recommended to replace both if they were used regularly as the other one might snap too. Zach was efficient in replacing the springs and suggested garage door care tips. He was on time and job done well.

Our new garage doors were installed by Pat on 10 November 2022. I was extremely impressed by Pat's efficient and speedy attention to all details, resulting in a first class installation overall.All this while putting up with me being present for the whole procedure and asking the odd stupid question.

Great Service, Patrick did a great job installing and then walking us through the after care and features of the door and opener. They also did the same quality of service for my Fathers place and his friends place a couple of years ago, so great to see that its the norm in this age of bad customer service.

Protech Garage Doors (Nepean) replaced a broken spring with a pair of new ones today. The price was very good and the service by technician Pat was excellent. He did a great job and also noticed that the garage door opener cable was not installed correctly and fixed it. He gave some good maintenance tips. Well done and thanks Pat. 5 stars
