I received a promo code from Virgin for a discount on a new account, so I went in to this location. I was informed my promo code didn't work and they'd have to call tech support, and I should come back later. I came back later and was told that tech support said my promo code expired, even though I had in writing that it was not yet expired. I went home and called Virgin myself and was told that my promo code was NOT expired. I asked why I'd be told what I was told at the store; they said they had no explanation.It's ridiculous for it to be so difficult to give a company your business. Totally unprofessional.

I received a new Sam Sung phone and called Virgin Plus to transfer the files from my old phone to the new one. They just could not help me, so I went to the store and Cash was able to get it done in 30 minutes. He said that my new phone was set up in airplane mode" and that prevented the Smart Switch from transferring the information. He also showed me how to use my new phone. My stress level after calling the Virgin Plus tech services who could not help me was so high
