Nice people cheap prices, dramatic environment.It took the lady two hours to do my arms and legs (with help). Obviously, I thought she must be training. When I asked her to share where she is studying and if she is training, the lady next to her responded, “ She is the new daughter-in-law of the owner’s family”, implying she could not be seen as someone who doesn't know what she is doing.Umm yeah okay, you can still be training and there is no shame in it.

Taking this course at new way school was great experience, all instruction were easy to follow, jazz is always so good at answeing question  and explaining, i really feel confident to move forward in this feild. Thank you so much for providing family environment and being supportive always!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS SALON. Went there in hopes of getting balayage done to my hair, walked out looking exactly how I did not want to look even after showing the male stylist 4 pics and telling them I didn't want my hair blonde, I wanted caramel. When I asked for my money back they told me there was nothing they could do. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they have horrific business practises and do not value their clients and don't own up to making mistakes. You are better off going to a salon who knows what they are doing, I cannot believe that these people teach other people!

Worst salon I've ever been to. First time visiting as I needed my eyebrows threaded, they cut my eyebrow very deep and I was bleeding. No apology, no discount, instead they blamed me. I've been getting my eyebrows done for a decade, would never recommend this place.

Worst experience ever. Not only do they not know how to speak to customers, but they do not own up to their mistakes. They have a I am better than you and you know nothing about hairstyles" kinda attitude. They have confirmed themselves that they are only a teaching school and shouldn't be even cutting hair for customers (but they still do it). Lack interpersonal skills to the point where there is no sign of intelligence in their rebuttal. Please save yourselves the headache and find some other decent place to get a haircut/ style done. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THEM AGAIN."

Worst and worst salon experience ever in my life . . Very very unprofessional they are. Their so called students just don’t know anything.Never ever I would suggest any person for their hair or skin treatment..I don’t want to give this one start also .

Used to go here for eyebrow threading! They always did a good job but it was never consistent on how they made my shape look; usually someone different would do them everytime. But my brows always cleaned well!Had a pedicure done once; would not go back for that again. The lady was very nice but they just looked so bad.It's a big space. I've never gone for anything hair related and probably wouldn't give it a try honestly.

I called for pricing & spoke with Jaz. I asked how much for a mani + Pedi & was told $20.00 for mani & $25.00 for pedi. I asked her why they are the same price as nail salons if they are a school & the manis & pedis are being done by students. Jaz became a bit offensive & asked me why I was asking that. I told her I just thought I would get a a better deal from your school but you charge salon prices. I said when I go to a regular nail salon I pay $45.00 for a mani + pedi. So why are you fees so high for student work. And she said they are qualified students & I said no thank you I'd rather go to a regular salon for what you charge."

My friend and I had been there in the past for their different services. Haircut was too short, etc... Pedicure lady was v. rude; and my friends hair was cut like a test experiment and dyed bad. We BOTH AGREED NEVER TO GO HERE AGAIN... Their excuse is: its a 'Hair-School', so BEWARE and move on...Thx.
