Despite having an incredibly difficult job (HUGE planters on a condominium terrace), one that other junk removal services refused to take on, the Just Junk team managed to get it done! Staff was courteous, polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

After being couped up for weeks during COVID, I got tired of seeing all the unused things in my home. With junk collectors less frequently stopping to pick things up off the side of the road, I decided it was time to call in the experts. I filled out the online form and the rest was easy. I got a 10% discount for putting all my junk on the driveway and the load was cheaper than the 1800 guys (I've used both now). The guys who came were polite and professional and had the junk gone within 10 minutes. Payment was done with a debit machine so was quick and fairly hygenic (they assured me they wipe it down after each customer - I wore gloves just to be sure). I would 100% use these guys again.

I felt grossly over charged. Your staff were polite and efficient. They were finished in a half hour - my charge was $562.74. Way too much for the services performed, Even if you add travel time. Tipping the workers was not possible given your fees. I hope you pay them $50 per hour!

The guys at Just Junk were very professional, courteous and on time and helped us to get rid of 3 truckloads of junk after a move! As well, the people working in the office had great customer service skills which was a welcome change during a stressful move! Great job guys and thank you all once again!!

From my first phone call the process went smoothly. Incredible professionalism with email confirmations and phone calls as promised. The two men that came on the day of the clearance were super polite and caring. They worked very hard and quickly. They did a fantastic job of clearing out the house.I would definitely recommend Just Junk!

What they quoted is what we paid. The rate was aligned with their estimates on the site.I would recommend and would use them again.

It took 10 truck loads to clean out my Dad's house this past week. The workers were professional and courteous, but it was quite expensive. I was quoted 7 trucks and ended up paying for 10+ truck loads at full price. Next time, if there is a next time, I will ask for the best price before committing to the job.

We are in a condominium which always makes things a bit more difficult. From the initial contact to set up an appointment to the final invoice, Just Junk was highly professional and wonderful to work with.The two gentlemen who handled the removal were courteous, friendly and highly cooperative. They cleaned up the area afterwards and took their time in making sure that everything was done properly. They handled all of the wrinkles our condominium threw at them with aplomb. Thank you - you will be highly recommended in the future and I would not hesitate to use your service again.

The team was polite and friendly. I was running a bit behind and they organized things to allow me the time to empty the last couple items for them to take.This is the second time I have used the service and definitely recommend them.Just be aware the truck size us a cube type truck not a large 18' type.

The movers phoned and arrived within 15 minutes after the call. They were polite, efficient and professional and had the 20 cartons of very heavy books loaded in no time. Thank you!
