Igor, Valdez, and Karolus were fantastic delivery men. They were only about 10 minutes late, which was understandable given the far distances they had to traverse that day, and were able to move my piano with ease. They were friendly, professional, and quick. Couldn't have been happier with my move!

Had an awesome experience with these guys. Communication was a bit sporadic (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but the day of the move was flawless. They came during the window promised, and they moved my 48 upright like it weighed nothing! They were very careful both at my pickup location and my new home

I got a Baby Grand piano from Craigslist. I didn't have people to move it. The owner recommended Hercules Piano Movers. Harry answered the phone. He was so courteous and helpful. The staff came on time. They were also very friendly, cracked some jokes, but worked professionally. The piano was properly wrapped. They even showed personal safety by protecting their backs. There were no marks on the floor; no banging on the walls, no bumps on the stairs. The legs were assembled and the piano angled to our desire.It was a MVP performance!Thank you, Julius and friends. Hercules was great to work with. Anna was very helpful at answering all of my questions about moving our piano and provided updates during the day of the move. The two gentlemen who moved our piano were very friendly, quick yet careful with our piece. I would definitely recommend them for a move.

They don't seem to be able to manage their appointments. We took the day off of work and waited all day, and when we phoned they had no record of our appointment, and claimed that the person we spoke with was on vacation. They put all the blame on us for not giving our email address, when they never asked for it. They had all of our contract info otherwise. I get a really bad feeling from this company, I'm glad that we didn't pay up front! Though now we need to find another piano moving company in a hurry because we're scheduled to do flooring next week.Update: they phoned back later that evening, and admitted they had made a mistake. They offered us a discount to move the piano another day. We accepted. They did a decent job in the end, though they did damage our door handle on the way in. But it was a cheap repair. I expect that they would reimburse me, but it isn't worth pursuing, and I really dislike the way the owner speaks to me. I'm a little concerned about leaving this honest review because they know where I live.

We had a piano moved from Toronto to Guelph. The movers were incredibly professional and efficient, and took the time to make sure we were happy with the position of the piano (moved inch by inch) before they left. The piano was wrapped beautifully so we felt confident that it was protected during transport. The movers also took the time to roll out and position their moving rugs so our floors were protected and clean after they left. Highly recommend!

I was just thrilled about my experience with these Hercules Movers for my piano. They were incredibly professional, skilled and really took precious care when moving it. I was initially a bit nervous because the piano had sentimental value, was heavy and stairs were tight, but they came through with confidence and experience. I would definitely use them again for future speciality moves.
