Least friendly security staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with

Terrible service. Security was very rude talking rudely about people who arrived late. I walked in on them having this conversation. I was 7 minutes late. My plane was still on the ground. I had a buddy talking to flight attendants and the pilots who were more than happy to hold the plane for 5 more minutes. Security then argued with them saying this was a new set in stone rule that passengers must be a half hour early to even board the plane. No notice of the new rule. Thank you for taking a weeks worth of wage away from my infant child. Stuff happens and people are sometimes late. There was another man who was treated with the same disrespect as I was. So possibly many more people. Terrible service.
