Heyday Events is a life saver.When my wife and I first booked Heyday Events for our wedding, set for April 2020, we had no idea what crazy whirlwind we were in for. As we all know now, our first wedding had to be cancelled due to Covid.Then a second wedding. And then a third.Heyday Events helped us figure out all of them, never complaining, and never changing their original price.When we did finally book our wedding for the last time, July 2021, we were only able to give our planner, Hailey, 5 weeks of notice. Nevertheless, she came through for us with flying colors.Our wedding was beautiful. The decor, which Hailey pretty much chose for us, was perfect. The food was delicious. But most of all, it was so perfectly planned out, we were stress free.Hailey had the day planned to the minute. She organized all of our vendors day of so we did not have to worry about talking to anyone. She organized, set up, helped take down at the end of the night, and kept us calm the whole day.Hailey truly made our wedding stress free and special. I could not recommend Heyday Events more.

Barb and the Heyday team helped make our 2020 (COVID) Wedding day dreams come true! They are well organized and efficient in creating the most special day! They know the ins and outs to make the day of seem effortless and seamless. Our wedding day was magical (even though covid threw a wrench into our original plans) Barb and the team created the most beautiful and memorable day, that was stress free for everyone! From set up, food, drinks, ceremony and everything in between they knew how to make the day so special for us and let us just enjoy one of our most cherish memories instead of stress about it. All of my friends and family still reminisce on how gorgeous and wonderful the day turned out and it was all by the magic of Barb and the Heyday team.

Thank you Vanessa and Heyday for providing the most wonderful wedding day for us. Everytime any issue came to my mind Vanessa had already identified and sorted it. She was great at keeping in contact regularly leading up to the wedding and also on the day. Vanessa ensured our day was perfect and took every ounce of stress out of the day. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I got married in June 2022 and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Vanessa. She was truly an angel in so many ways and I can't imagine how my wedding day would have gone without her expertise, insight, kindness, and bubbly energy. She never hesitated to support us and answer our many many questions and was able to manage many of the hiccups that came up throughout the day. So grateful! 10/10

I only have incredible things to say about Heyday Events. First off, Hailey our coordinator was arguably the most important part of our team & she made sure to keep us up to date on everything, whilst making sure we feel less stressed.We had a pretty major hiccup with our event venue and actually had to find a new venue a month before our wedding - Hailey didn’t just help us make sure everything went smoothly with our new venue, she made our vision come to life in ways we never even thought it could.Hailey was attentive, informative, and for all the incredible work she did for us, she gave us a wonderful price.I cannot recommend Heyday Events enough. Hailey & of course Barb as well, thank you for making all of our wedding dreams come true.

Hailey and Barb helped with my wedding last weekend - they were AMAZING! They think of all the details and Hailey had this way of calming me down when I was at my most stressed. Everyone we dealt with was polished and professional. Also was planning my wedding from out of the country and Hailey was able to provide reputable vendors for all sorts of things. Highly recommend.

I contacted heyday very early in planning stages and was introduced to Hailey. From that point the team at heyday provided us with a nice list of recommendations which was super helpful and we’re there for little questions when needed. As we are from out of town this was such a help in booking vendors.Spending two years planning and gathering things for a wedding to hand the final day to a different person can be a bit .. scary but Hailey and her team made my entire vision come to life and so many guests were so impressed with how smooth the whole day went every little thing was taken care of. I felt so good all day knowing that they had things under control so we could focus on the most important part of the day, celebrating the love all around us. Heyday makes wedding planning so easy and fun! I contacted Heyday 1 year prior to my wedding and immediately had access to their coveted list and their aisleplanner site. Other planning companies just asked me to contact them again 6 months prior to my wedding. The coveted list was very helpful since I am from out of town. It allowed me to book all of my vendors immediately and I just relaxed until it was time to get married.6 months before my wedding, I was introduced to the most wonderful human being ever, Vanessa. I’ve never met anyone so passionate and just so in love with what she does…. Making dreams come true! She’s also a great hype-gal because she was more excited than me for my wedding.We had scheduled meetings every few months to make sure everything was set. There were some concerns about family relationships and Vanessa offered some genius solutions. 1 month prior to the wedding, Vanessa contacted the vendors to finalize the vision and organized everything into writing.The day of was a breeze! Vanessa was our rock and kept us calm and collected. She managed our guests very well and everything was well organized. I waited a very long time to have a wedding because I was worried that I would be so busy that I would not be able to enjoy my day. Thanks to Vanessa and Heyday, I was able to have the wedding of my dreams and actually soak up every bit of it!

Vanessa is an outstanding Wedding Day-of Coordinator; her professionalism, organization, and ability to adapt to any change or issue, made our experience working with Heyday enjoyable and highly recommended. Vanessa worked with us to ensure our vision and plan for our special day was achievable; she provided key advice, insight, and assistance in the planning stages of our wedding and was fundamental in executing our wedding day. Her knowledge, experience and hard work allowed us (very type A people) to be in the moment on our wedding day and for us to celebrate it in the way that we had envisioned.
