This has to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to.Food and drinks are great, however be prepared to wait 15-20 min for your order, even if you order ahead of time.Drive thru times must be insane! So slow!Atmosphere in side is ruined as there is limited seating and people waiting everywhere for their drink orders.

Every time I’ve been to this location I’m in the drive through for 15-20 minutes, no matter the time of day, even if there’s just two cars ahead of me. For mobile pickup it’s the same thing. The drinks always have the syrup at the bottom and if you’re getting food just forget about it because that will take another 5 minutes after they’ve given you your drink. When this location first opened in 2018/2019 it was SO fast and efficient. The baristas are trying their best and they’ve always been extremely kind and polite but I will not be returning to this location.

Unfortunately, this is the worst Starbucks service I’ve experienced. I’ve read numerous reviews about this location and it seems like I’m not the only one who notices their shortcomings. The service is super slow and even when there is a substantial cue/lineup the staff doesn’t seem to know how to hustle or even want to show some effort. Many of them seem pretty grumpy…if you e work in the service industry you’d better be a people person. Either the staff needs to be retrained or new staff hired. I think there are only about two staff members who are genuinely nice. Management, please read your store reviews! This is not a good image to have…

I come here daily. Most times twice a day. I think 20% of the time drive through customer service is great even when I’m waiting 40 minutes for my order. But today the girl at the window rushed my order and kept saying “k”. After every order I made. Not the greatest etiquette. Yes Starbucks is a fast paced environment. I have work in many fast paced environments. But customer service and etiquette should always be at its best. Especially when you are paying premium for coffee it should be top tier service.

When this Starbucks first opened. The customer service was amazing. Always willing to go above and beyond. I’ve been coming here for years now. Unfortunately some of their staff just choose to be difficult or pretending to me nice but it’s obvious. It’s not hit or miss with this location. Even when I order my same drink for the last 5 years. It’s never the same and I always get charged different. Which I’ll never understand and when I asked why the difference. They never have an answer that makes sense. It sucks because I’ve now limited my visits to this location which is the closest to my home and head over to the dusk drive location where their CS and costs is always the same and consistent drinks and amazing customer service ALL THE TIME. And I write review right after I visited Earlsbridge location because the cold foam on top of my drink was a couple of tablespoons and I asked for more since I’m paying for it and they were about to charge me more for something that should have already been a good amount of cold foam. A bit ridiculous. BUT to end of a positive note, there are a good few baristas who are great! Just stay consistent

I came in for my birthday drink this week using drive-thru and I had the kindest experience. The associate wished me a happy birthday and was so kind to me and it made my day. He continued to ask me how my day is going while waiting for my order and it that kind of customer service that goes along way and leaves a print. I want to thank him for a great experience on my Birthday on April 17th at 9am.

Paying for my food was fast.I waited 45 minutes to get 1 sandwich and a medium coffee.There was no notification that the coffee was ready, I was complaining to another customer , he check his coffee and it had my name on it, black coffee, when I ordered double double. I ask for another coffee it was give to me and it wasn't fit for drinking, it was very strong bitter tasting without enough cream or sugar. So many workers all busy doing nothing. The busiest person was this one girl serving the drive-through.I will never recommend anyone to that location and I will never go back there.... Awful service.

Even though it was my first time visiting, all I can say is that I had the nicest experience here! I initially came here to obtain a refund because I had ordered one of their brand-new mugs online but they were sold out in-store. The return procedure went really well, and the staff was very accommodating and kind. When I made the decision to get a drink, I was informed that it would be complimentary! The baristas were all quite friendly, and the drink was fantastic. A perfect 10 out of 10.

Drive thru line was 40 minutes. By the time we got our coffee, it was cold. Service is polite, but they are clearly short staffed.I ordered a spinach, feta, egg wrap as well, and it felt like they were waiting for the chicken to lay the egg and grow the spinach with how long it took
