The dealer-installed cover on my Ram 1500 truck bed kept leaking. The guys at Riva helped me select a new one and installed it in one hour. The new cover works fantastic and not a drop of water! Looks awesome. Great job guys.

I had them supply and linstall a new cap on a 2021 Ford F150. I drove the truck straight from the showroom to to their Burlington location. When I went to pick the truck up there was found a semi-circular scratch on the right rear panel just about in line with a belt buckle or button, obviously this was caused when they lifted the cap on. In addition there was paint missing along the bottom of the cap with fiberglass visible. The cap was completely filithy, covered in dust and greasy hand prints on the glass. Inside the cap was found to be also dirty with dust and cobwebs. I brought these situations to the counter person who also seemed to be in charge that day. He shrugged his shoulders and said he is not taking responsiblity for this and walked away. It was at this point I told him the job was not acceptable and to take the cap back off. I do not recommend this company at all and have filed a complaint with the local Ford dealer, after all what would it have taken to have at least hosed the dust off. This is the kind of butcher job you can expect from this company.

Very polite and great customer service. I just purchased some sumosprings for my 2018 F150 and the ride quality is amazing and bumped my truck up to 3800 pounds. And with a heavy load in the back bed still feels nice and stable especially if I have a trailer hooked up I would highly recommend these sumosprings to anybody they are basically air bags with no air and no maintenance. Everybody was telling me it was going to take over a month to get the Springs these guys one day fantastic cheers guys thank you

Called to get quotes for exterior truck accessories and left a message with the receptionist for a member of the sales team to get back to me once available. Called back an hour before close of business and spoke to the sales rep that I was told to wait for.Gave the rep K" full details of what I was looking for and was told that he would be getting back to me after the weekend on Monday or Tuesday when he had figures.Wednesday I call the place back.... speak with another sales rep who tells me he will get "K" who is working on my quotes to give me a call soon as he's back from delivering a truck.Hour before close I call back again........Receptionist informs me that the rep I've been waiting for has left for the day and that she would leave him a message.Now into the next week with ZERO follow up from RIVA or the sales rep "K".I was totally prepared to spend money at RIVA TRUCK......NOT ANYMORE

Without a doubt this is the best truck shop to go to in the area. The staff are friendly and super helpful, the technicians are wizards and the product selection is great. I have done a ton of business with these guys and I have never left disappointed. The pricing is extremely fair and the finished product is always going to put a smile on your face.
