Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport

Super close to the airport and some good restaurants. Rooms are clean. Love that there is a shuttle to the airport and that they serve hot breakfast. This is a great hotel to stay in with a family as there is a pool as well. Love that they have some fresh fruit and water out for guests throughout the day. Wifi is free and strong, good which is sometimes is rare.

Stayed June 2 to the 4. I loved the ability to check in and select your room beforehand on the Hilton Honors mobile app. We selected a top floor room to minimize the floor noise. Was afraid due to the proximity to the airport this going to be a mistake. But no worries, there was no plane noise at all. The room was clean and bright. The only problem was that the parking gates would not work with the Hilton Honors phone app. Ended up getting a room key from the front desk to operate the gates.

We always love a Hampton property. This was our first time trying an international one and we were very impressed!The shuttle service was very convenient as well taking us to and from the UP Express into downtown. Staff were incredibly friendly, especially at check-in and check-out. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our original room and the staff moved us into another room immediately at no additional cost!! They definitely live up to good, Canadian hospitality.The rooms were comfortable and offered good amenities like a mini-fridge, smart TV, and roomy bath/shower.Continental breakfast was your standard fare, very simple and tasty and got the job done. (Just skip the oatmeal! Bland as heck)Overall, this property meets and exceeds Hampton’s reputation for us and we definitely look forward to being back!

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for relaxation after a long flight. Being close to the airport was incredibly convenient, and the availability of a 24/7 airport shuttle was a real bonus.What stood out the most for me, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Ana Marie at the front desk. When booked, we requested a crib for our baby, but unfortunately, the request was not recorded. Despite this, Ana Marie went above and beyond to assist us and managed to find a crib for our little one. Her willingness to go the extra mile for her guests was truly commendable and made our stay all the more enjoyable.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in need of a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay near the airport.

Louis and the entire staff made us feel so welcomed the moment we arrived. From the front desk to maintenance. The staff was always smiling and ready to do whatever they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They also gave us the best Indian food recommendations. The staff genuinely care. I already miss them

Stayed here for 9 days for vacation. Location is the top attraction for this hotel. Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes and is extremely convenient for taking back and forth to the UP express. Urmilla was friendly from the first moment we walked in and was very accommodating towards us. There were a lot of families with tiny children staying during our time, the hotel seems family friendly. The free breakfast every morning was cereal, baked goods, apples & bananas, a waffle station and a rotating selection of processed eggs, beans, turkey bacon/turkey sausage patties, bacon, and two types of potatoes. The potato rounds were so so dry however the smaller hash brown potatoes were great, and nothing was seasoned so I recommend using the salt and pepper provided. Very limited selection for those with gluten sensitivities. The coffee runs out quickly but is provided throughout the day along with hot water for tea and hot chocolate as well. There is also cold lemon water offered for free at the front lobby all day long. TV's in the room are very dark and there was no setting to adjust the brightness. The elevator is slow, but gets you where you need to go. Pool is small, enough for maybe 10 people comfortably if you all knew each other lol. Gym is very small, has two treadmills, a bike, an elliptical and some free weights. No air circulation in the gym so I recommend bringing a water bottle and using the towels provided. Beds in our room were uncomfortable for the length of our stay, wouldn't be bad for a night or two, but we were able to get extra pillows and blankets which helped a little. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in the shower. Microwave and mini fridge were also in our room. We paid 5$ for laundry, they provide you with a pod, however there was only one washer and dryer for everyone there because the other set was broken and it was difficult to find a free opening for the washer.

The room (King size single bed) was nice and spacious, and seemed clean and didn't have any lingering smells. The bathroom was clean. The complimentary breakfast was standard, but had lots of options which was good. Also had dietary restriction options. To me, the service wasn't optimal. By service I mean provided parking rather than staff. I wasn't aware upfront I had to pay for parking until I showed up. Normally I would agree that's my fault, but I didn't see any indication while booking. That was a surprise hefty charge of $25 a day. I didn't think it was necessary to charge that as parking was plentiful and the rooms were pricey enough. Rest of the stay was pretty standard.

Hotel itself was great. Room was large enough. Breakfast was good and area was large enough and clean. Staff at the counter were great and answered our questions. Shuttle driver back to airport was not however. Dropped us at the arrival level, not the departure level and at the completely wrong end of the terminal for our flight. Fortunately we had allowed ourselves extra time to allow for contingencies like this. That is the only reason I gave a bad review on service.
