Go2Guys were able to make an exception to help me fix my door that need adjusting. As during the winter storm it was basically snowing around the edges.Dealing with Shane and Geoff was great and both were quick to respond and professional.I will for sure be using them again in the future for other renovations!

Go2Guys did a very complex job for us (we had our roof removed and our house insulated with spray foam from the top, and then re-shingled) last July (2022) and they were very responsive and professional when we worked with them. They also took care of some issues that occurred during the job without question and that was much appreciated and we are grateful to them for taking on the massive job we asked them to do.However, the reason I'm writing this review and giving them two stars is that as the Spring has begun and we've gotten rain we discovered that major parts of our roof do not have any flashing installed, and as a result we've had leaks into our kitchen and front porch. We contacted them with photos asking for someone to come take a look and fix the issues but we have not heard from them since.I've never written a negative review on Google before, but I feel like I had to share our experience as these roofing issues have caused us a ton of stress and now we have to find another roofer to fix the mistakes that were made.

Wow! Incredible service! I messaged with a siding issue and they came to my rescue and fixed it super quick, and fixed other issues I didn’t see! I will be using them again!! Exceptional!

Awful company to deal with. Super unprofessional and do not not pay their sub trades. Bashes their customers. For anyone looking to get home renovations done I would definitely look elsewhere and save yourself the headache of having to deal with the go2guys and their lies.

Go2Guys merged with another company Old Trail Furnishings who had taken 1/2 my money down for a product I ordered. Go2Guys sent me a message stating they would be working with Andrew to complete my product…. Nothing! Now no one is responding at all.

Shane the owner of go2guys is broke and if you are subcontractor trying to get work avoid them because you will waste your time,blood sweat and tears. Learn from my mistake we were warned by another subcontractor who didn't get paid but we didn't listen until the Job was done and it was time to collect and Mr Shane here disappeared refusing to pay us now we have to take it to court long story short avoid the headache DONT WORK FOR THIS GUY. If you are a homeowner looking for a contractor don't trust someone who traets ppl like slaves by not paying them for the hard work they did.

Great and fast customer service! Exterior and Interior supervisors from the go2guys I have met and talked with on my different projects are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived on time to my appointments and clear and concise plans on how I can move forward we’re given. Backsplash estimate was on par with competitors I had met with and on my siding fixes I need to have done. Great overall experience.

Posting on behalf of my mom: Shane provided a quote to do repairs on my eavestroughs and while checking what work needed to be done he climbed a ladder and corrected one of the problem areas on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and professional and immediately I had confidence in the repair work he suggested. Shane provided a very reasonable quote and the work was done on a very timely basis. I would highly recommend Shane and Go2Guys.

Hired Go2Guys after issues with another contractor. They came in and did a thorough assessment of everything that needed to either be repaired or completed. The quality of work and communication from the crew was exceptional. Our house is finally finished and looks the way it was supposed. Whether you have a big or small project, I recommend giving the Go2 crew a call!
