We have been going to and purchasing our airline tickets with Skyline Travel for over 10 years now. They provide above and beyond customer service, with the best deals and always going out of their way to make accommodations for us. Personally we always buy from them as their prices are competitive, they offer complimentary treats at their office, and in addition to that they provide great service in terms of seat allocations, flight times, family considerations etc. Highly recommend them for your air travel plans. 5* rating.

I've reached out to Mr.Javed quite a few times for tickets. He makes you chase him every single time. Does not pick up calls or reply back to text messages. He is unresponsive throughout whether you text him, call him directly or call their main number. I have to do the legwork, i find routes and cheaper deals than he tells me. Not great customer service if i have to do all the work and then chase you on top of that. It happens every single time. In this day and age when travel agencies are plummeting, you should try your best to retain customers. Improve your customer service skills and maintain communication with potential customers. Instead he would rather not respond to you for weeks straight. Poor service! Do not book with them if you want a massive headache and anxiety regarding your flights. It is just not worth it!

Gadafi will answer the calls or open his store whenever he feels like it. Not very friendly and once you pay him for a ticket you can forget about any kind of service from that point on. He experienced travel agent and knows what he doing but has no customer service skills. I will not recommend him.

Worst customer service ever received. The guy who answered the phone isn’t patient enough to answer all ur queries. Anyone who consider this company please understand the fact that these guys will ditch anyone after they get their money. The guy on phone addressed me as, “bro” and “buddy”. These guys are so unprofessional to stay on the business.

I always get best price from Skyline Travels. They work hard to get me lowest price with decent flight arrangement and nice hotels. They help you like your friend to get you best travel arrangements for your choice of dates and destination.

Never Ever call this agency. They dont know dealing customers. i was talking to Javed, an idiot who told me to charter a flight for my grandparents when i enquired about aircanada flight direct to delhi or mumbai. No experience of what he is talking at all. I guess he is survived by his name and his community people helping his business. They dont know customer service, i guess javed should go back to school before doing business.
