Recently I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Kim Walsh, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and confident in their abilities.The consultation process was thorough and thoughtful - Kim took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered expert advice on what would work best for my hair type and face shape. Throughout the styling process, she was meticulous and detail-oriented, making sure every strand was in place and that the finished product was exactly what I had envisioned.Not only did Kim create a beautiful look for me, but she also gave me tips on how to maintain and style my hair on a daily basis. I left the salon feeling like a brand new person and received so many compliments on my hair in the days and weeks following my appointment.Overall, I would highly recommend Kim Walsh to anyone looking for a skilled and personable hair stylist. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail are truly top-notch, and I can't wait to book my next appointment!

UPDATE: The salon got in touch with my to apologize about what happened. They offered me a gift card for the value of the blowout, which I appreciated.I went in for a wash and style. I have long, thick hair (which I mentioned over the phone when booking).Several problems:- When I normally get my hair styled at other places, it takes an hour at most. This one took an hour and 45 minutes.- It was not even the style I asked for. I asked for a blowout with some curls at the end, she started off one section that way then styled the rest of my hair straight. Half way through, she left and had someone else finish the style.- As I was leaving, I was so shocked to find out that there was still shampoo in my hair that was not washed out properly!!I was getting my hair done for an occasion, which I ended up being late to. I had to go back home and take a shower and redo it myself from scratch.The entire experience was a waste of time and money.

Holly is an amazing hairdresser! She was so thorough in her work, from highlight sections to the toner application, she’s a perfectionist. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Especially for blondes!

Being relatively new to Vancouver, finding the right salon for coloring my hair wasn't easy. However, Kat Patricio did an incredible job! I love the color and balayage style she gave me. She's also super friendly and approachable.

My first time walking into the salon I was instantly impressed at the friendly front desk staff and the cleanliness and vastness of the space. As for my stylist, Jessica Stotts, she is a true artist and a colour specialist. I also have REALLY thick hair and Jess does an amazing job thinning and layering my hair without adding volume. I highly recommend this salon and my awesome stylist Jessica Stotts!! ⭐️

Jessica Stotts is my girl! She has become the only person I trust to do my hair. Her calm and caring energy and lovely attitude have a great way of putting you ate ease in her chair. She truely cares about her clients and always does such beautiful work on my hair.
