Three weeks ago I attended the class called ELT which is that help newcomers to find job.because her accent often me so confused and lose her mean when she was on line class ,so ,I suggested whether she could share the zoom screen and put material on the screen,at that way it may be more clear ,but she refused ,I asked her whether she can repeat some words when I can not understand her talking ,then she spoken fast than before .she said she is not babysitter.she asked me to talk her manager .almost three weeks,she never turn on her camera online class ,the class content is also not useful ,it is completely waste time ,after talked her manager,I decided dropping that class.

PMC is very nice and welcoming place. Mildred, Prihan and Pawan has been helping me on my needs from starting including invitation letters to invite my family to visit to Canada.

I have been a student in class level 5/6. My teacher Amy, what a wonderfulperson. She was very patient with all of us and really encouraged us todo our best. Thank you so much Amy, it was an honour being in your class.

I had really very good experience with PMC. Staff is very helpful and cooperative.

I have recently attended one of their job search workshops. At the beginning it was fine then I tried to discuss the options they have with the trainer and at this point her attitude was not helpful at all. The other thing, her time management was unacceptable and she wasted a lot of time. I will never register in any of their services.

I am part of the Youth Group at PMC. If you are new here to Canada, I think visiting PMC is a great thing to do.You will be able to meet new people from different countries, we go on trips (downtown Toronto, parks, etc.), there is a snack cabinet (food!!), they have WiFi (it's not slow!!), they also have computers if you need to do an assignment (or play games), they have a foosball table(my favourite), they have a cabinet full of boardgames, and more.During the summer, a lot of people visit and there are more activities.During school (September-June), the schedules are...Tuesday: Homework ClubThursday and Friday: Visit and sometimes an eventThe staffs are helpful (Kinga, you da best), and it's a pretty safe place to be.

Great service. The Settlement team is very professional and provides excellent assistance and resources. They have extensive knowledge of the Canadian system. Each program offered is very useful and helpful. Definitely recommend this organization for assistance when integrating into Canadian society.

Great place for newcomers in Canada to learn how to integrate into their new environment and of course build a network. There is a lot of valuable growth tools you can tap into here if you are paying attention. The ELT program with Dr. Sarala is top notch.
