I found Aria Build back in 2019, when looking for a custom home builder. I could honestly say I have never worked with someone with so much attention to detail and integrity when it comes to the quality of work. I have had terrible experiences with builders cutting corners in the past, but my expectations were exceeded by Behzad and his team. He was very responsive to my questions, he made sure I was part of the process and gave me regular updates of the build. He and his architect really understood my vision and brought it to life! We started our journey building our dream house almost two years ago including searching for the ideal lot in our neighbourhood. Finding a reliable builder that we are comfortable working with is as important as finding the right building lot. We feel very lucky to have found Aria Build. The project is a complete design build. We worked with Matt (Architect) to put the dream house onto the drawing board, and help us obtain the required permits. It was just 6 months ago since the old house got demolished. , the house is now taking shape. It involves so many areas, trades, city and utilities. Behzad made the process easy. Scheduling work and material deliveries can be a challenge to many as I often heard, but Behzad manages it so well that there were hardly any delays, the progress has been impressive. Its been a very positive experience working and communicating with all the trades from Aria build, all the tradesmen are experts and passionate about their profession, and always give us the best suggestions.It is also fascinating to see every stage of the work. The interior of the house is now taking shape. One of the highlights that impressed us is the skylight. I really appreciate the quality of work and effort everyone is putting onto this project.

Building a custom home is a big commitment for both the homeowner and the builder. It takes time and patience from both parties to make sure the whole process is easy and the product turns out as envisioned. We are happy to state that working with Behzad and Aria Build was enjoyable, smooth and a productive experience. Aria Build surpassed our expectations.Behzad got involved early on , when we were searching for a lot, even before we signed an agreement, he assessed the suitability of the property, got his architect to check the zoning by laws, and gave us an idea of the pros and cons of each lot.After finding the lot , we signed a design and build agreement. He took care of all the required drawings, correspondence with the city. He made sure we were designing a home with out budget. We had a vision for our home, and Behzad understood the vision, he prepared a very detailed agreement, which had a budget for all the material finishes, payment schedule , and also a timeline. The process that has often been described as daunting was in fact a lot of fun.Through out the build, Behzad kept us up to date with the project, his timeline. He sent us progress photos. We had weekly site meetings to discuss the project. These were very productive meetings, Behzad made it easy for us to understand the aspects of the project.Once construction was complete, Behzad gave us a walkthrough that was through and encyclopedic. All the product and appliance manuals were safely left where we could find them. All-in-all our experience with Aria Build has been positive, productive one. we would beyond no doubt recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home !
