I made an appointment at this store for a bra fitting on 5/27/2017, when I got there I met with Lady P*m*l*. OMG she is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I was a bit nervous at first not knowing what to expect. I was also bit late for appointment and she was already dealing with someone else, but some how she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was the only sales person at the time but you could not have known it she balance both customers without letting anyone feel left out. This was my first experience doing a bra fitting and I very happy I did it at this store with this nice lady. Thank you

Pamela spent 45 minutes with me today, giving me a crash course in brassieres, their proper fit and care and different functions. I actually walked out wearing one of the 3 beautiful pieces I purchased: and there are 2 more for me on special order. It's hard to believe I'd reached my 70th year without having had a proper bra fitting. Why did I wait so long?

I went in yesterday to purchase some bras, and I couldn't have been treated better! Pamela and Mahsa were so warm and helpful, and it was a pleasure to be fitted by them. I especially want to thank Pamela for her knowledge and skill. She knows exactly how a bra should fit and will find you the perfect bra to make you look your best. I know that, because that's what she did for me.

Pamela, at the Avenue Rd. location, is simply amazing in ALL aspects of customer service! I am a challenging size, yet Pamela was able to fit me with comfortable and pretty bras in the exact style I wanted. Pamela has a skillful eye which pays attention to every detail and and can expertly sift through the many styles Linea Intima carries and finds just the right ones. I cringe to think of the many hours wasted in department stores trying on ill fitting bras. As well, if my size is not readily available, Pamela has always been able to locate one from another location and brings it in within just a few days.I have been a customer at the Avenue Rd. location for over 10 years and would not dream of getting a bra from anywhere but Linea Intima.Thank you Pamela and all the other helpful and friendly staff.LGam

Erin was amazing. She clearly understood what I was looking for and after measuring me to ensure a proper fit, gave me a few different styles to try on. Erin was patient, extremely helpful and offered great suggestions. Shopping for a bra, or two, and shapewear was relaxing and enjoyable. I got exactly what I was looking without compromising fit, comfort and style. With COVID, the last 18 months have been difficult — buying bras over the internet isn’t exactly optimum, and being able to have such personalized service from Erin at Linea made the wait worthwhile. Finally, I have bras that fit properly, are extremely comfortable and aren’t boring beige. Thank you!

For a company that charges what they do, you would think that they could invest money in crafting a website that would allow you to narrow your bra search according to your bra size. It is beyond frustrating to have to click on a bra only to find out that 'nope this one is not available in my size either'!

Pamela was so helpful in trying to find the perfect bra size, shape and style. She placed multiple phone orders and called me when the bras were ready for fittings. I could not ask for better customer service! I highly recommend Linea Intima for finding your prefect fit:)
