This place is by far the best vacuum store in Gatineau/Ottawa. The best part is that they do not only specialize in vacuums but also so much more. Recently I purchased an air filter for my home there and was the best investment ever! This thing is great especially with this pandemic!They're also great at fixing all kind of other little things too eg: i thought I was going to have to throw my favorite nightstand lamps out because the electrical cord on both broke but these guys fixed them bo problem (needless to say I was very happy) cause I loved those lamps. They also sell all kinds of other goodies too like cleaning products, air fresheners, steamers, carpet cleaners and the machines, they even sell health supplements as well. Oh yes I bought the coolest Shop Vac ever!! Daniel the owner is super friendly and so down to earth and his son Zack is the greatest business man who takes so much pride in running his fathers business. Can you tell that I love this place! ..but honestly don't take my word for it, go and see for yourself!

j'ai acheté un aspirateur un clean +1, il comparait ça avec un dyson..... bin laissé moi dire que même mon chien aspire plus que cet aspirateur qui vaut pas grand chose.... de plus si tu met un commentaire négatif sur leur page Facebook, il le supprime, pas pour rien qu'on y voit que des commentaires positifs.... ah le ptit gars est bin gentil mais il vend de la srap..... mon aspirateur rejette + que ce qu'il aspire.... ça doit être ça que veut dire le +1" dans le nom de l'aspirateur

Le personnel est très accueillant et courtois. le jeune m'a très bien expliqué les promotions. Il y avait un démonstrateur d’accroché au mur et j’ai pu entendre le bruit avec et sans le silencieux. Il m’a offert des produits complémentaires. Très bonne garantie de 10 ans pièces et main d’œuvre directement sur place. Ils ont également le service d’installation. Bravo très bon service.

Excellent service. Thanks Zac!In addition to being friendly and professional, Zac took extra time and very courteously switched to English to accommodate my terrible French language skills, even though I live in Quebec!And finally, most noteworthy was the detailed account of what work needed to be done along with providing a breakdown of the costs into individual steps that needed to happen. The service was driven by me, the customer, and Zac made me feel that I was in control of the business and not the other way around! In these times of ever-rising costs, knowing exactly what to expect as the billing/service was neared completion made the process stress free. Thank you again for your continued service and commitment to always be professional and helpful! I know not seeing you is better because if I do see you it means I've got another machine to repair, but, when I do need this kind of service again (and I will!) I know exactly where I will be going for the work! Well done, gentlemen!

Thank you for timely and quality service. It was my second visit. My new vacuum cleaner stopped working and guys fixed it quickly. They have a significant assortment of parts and accessories. Very polite personnel. They explained what happened with my vacuum cleaner in great details and even helped me to bring it to my car.
