Terrible wait. The drive through only had one person ahead and there were about two families inside. I waited for a total of 15 minutes to get my food .

Food was awful, no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Onion rings over salted and under cooked. Needs better management, expensive food that doesn’t live up to the brand standard. Will not be returning any time soon.

I had a great time over there with the manager and had a chicken strips. It was delicious and made perfectly. The manager was also nice and real gentleman.

I hadn't been to A&W in a long time, but I decided to try their chicken burger trio. It really hit the spot and satisfied my fast food craving. The food was tasty and worth the price.

I've been to many A&W locations and I do love their burgers and rings, but at this location the onion rings were horrible. They were soggy, very greasy. I suspect the deep fryer oil was not at correct temperature.I give this location 3 stars because of the friendly staff and cleanliness.

On our way back to Ottawa from Montréal, we stopped here to grab a bite. Saturday, all the crew I saw were young adult, teenagers maybe and they were friendly and did a decent job. Bathroom shared with the other store need more attention.

Worst A&W ever.Kids running the place.30 minute wait for a burger and poutine with only 2 small orders ahead of me.Nobody had a sense of urgency.One kid turned away customers stating that they're closing early because they have no beef patties.When they asked for chicken or fries he said no.The next customer that came in was offered chicken and beyond meat burgers.Horrible service here.30 minutes for fast food!Needs new Supervision.

Really friendly staff I had a grandpa combo the burger and the fries had a little spice way better than Ontario in my opinion
