Wightman (Orangeville)

Called for installation on June 12th and signed the contract. On July 29th they said it would take another 4-6 weeks for the install. Then told Aug 9th it would take a few weeks for a file to get to them as they still had things they needed to do. Aug 23rd I emailed in for an update and was told it hasn't been 3 weeks yet and they would call when they're ready to install. Today I emailed to cancel the install as it has been 2 months since I contacted them.They also make you sign a contract that says if you cancel before they were to install they would charge me just under $400.Took time off work for the previewer to preview my property which took 5mins.

Easy to guess where is the real reviews and the fake one :)Overpriced plans, especially because they trying to sell them as a useless bundles with tv phone etc. so, as a result, stand alone internet costs even more. I'll stay with Teksavvy.

I got rid of Rogers when I lived in Fergus and tried Wightman. Made a great choice. Saved money and had wonderful services with theirinternet and T.V. When I moved to Orangeville, we did the same thing and we are glad. You get to watch what you prefer, not what the service provider wants you to watch with their expensive packages. Great choices...Great service.....Great staff.Choose Wightman. You won't be disappointed !

Signed with them in August 2021; they promised we would get fibre to the phone this past spring. Nothing happened. The only communication we get from them is the monthly bill. Also, the two Samsung A21 we got from them a year ago (best offer) are barely working now. Thinking seriously of moving back to our previous provider; more expensive, but reliable. Extremely disappointed.

Friendly, patient and helpful, Wightman is THE company for internet, t.v., and phone services in their areas.These folks as so committed to customer service that they still have a 'Review' button on their ad, which seems to scare Bell and Rogers, (who have removed theirs, along with any remaining vestiges of uncomplicated, prompt, and timely customer service!).

Wightman makes you feel like a customer again. When you call them, someone answers within a minute.They just handled my transition from one house to another, with professional communication (Michelle) and installation (Ryan).

we were very pleased with the ease of the process to switch to WIGHTMAN, from the sign-up to the install! Service was great, no mess on the lawn from burying the fibre and the installation by Ryan was amazing!! He was very friendly and efficient at installing. He left our house just the way he found it! Would recommend this company for your phone/internet needs!

First my apologies for this delayed review.From my first enquiries, the site review, and the installation and Wightman's service has been excellent.Nathan and Ryan completed my installation amongst my on going renovations.Arriving on schedule everything such as locations of wire routing, router and top boxes, were all fully explained.Questions, explanations were provided to confirm my satisfaction with everything.Nathan and Ryan were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
