I have been with them close to 15-20 years on a recommendation from a colleague. They really helped me out a couple years ago with my taxes.

I have been using Centaur Accounting for many years and always with fast turnaround and helpful friendly staff. This year seems so different. I've had my file with them since March and it is still not complete. I have written several emails asking what the hold up is. I've gone there in person to find out and Jo Ann has all but disappeared and the staff do not know how to respond to me except to say your file is on Jo Ann's desk waiting for her final approval". Three + months!!!! Maybe she's going through something but please advise the clients! Waiting and waiting and pestering and not getting answers is extremely frustrating!"

Been with the company since Bob started it. Almost 30 years . No complaints. Great friendly service always.

They do not return phone calls. Stay away.

Horrible service, no communication, taking forever to prosses paperwork. Have been dealing with them for a few years and for past couple years it's been nothing but problems. Went there again this year by force of habit and never again! Hopefully turbo tax will put an end to this kind of business practices.Reply to the owner: And yet again you gave us an other reason not to use your services anymore. Instead of owning up to your mistake and apologizing you decide it would be a good idea to reply in a very condescending way....

Very slow turn around time, don't return calls, made promises for time frame that they didn't keep and lied about having things done.

Took tax packages in in February , and are still waiting for returns to be filed ( Oct. 7th today )
