The staff here are amazing.

This place is the absolute epitamy of useless government. Nobody answers phones but they have a nice new queue line for people to take numbers in a waiting area that only fits a dozen people.Their 'system' randomly cuts people off for their next month and has nearly gotten myself and people I know into serious financial trouble. Not to mention they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Meaning someone who can barely make ends meet has to take the time to go there in person. Terrible service and a terrible reputation for just not caring about the people in this city. Someone should actually do something about how useless this place is.

The workers here are amazingly nice. I doubt it's just me who's gotten lucky with a great worker, it shows they all must be great. You can tell they really do this because they wanted to help people. Anything you truly need they are there to help you anyway they can, so much so I've had a worker come to my house to renew my contract because it's not only hard for me to get to the office, but also due to my health issues. I will never forget that.

Niagara Regional office dedicated on behalf of the Ontario Government to service the public in general but specifically for the less fortunate and poverty stricken individuals and families , basically when employment coverage is finished and you are still out of work their financial assistance will help you for the necessary basic needs and provide counseling services as required . The staff and representative employees do not judge you and are respectful and understand the suffering that you might be encountering .

Is there number down or something or do they just sit there and star at the ringing phone? I've been trying to contact my worker for the last two days and all voicemails are gone all it does it ring and ring uselessly, I even tried to reach the front office at well and same thing nothing but useless ringing. Never had issues with any other city but clearly Niagara Falls office doesn't take their work as serisouly which is sad and pathetic. Rant done lolUpdate - It has been three business days since I posted this review and their number is still not working. I have had to go through my old worker in St Catharines just to get any information. Workers in the Niagara Falls office are able to call out but clients are not able to call in. My worker knows this and still never tried to call me. I'm sorry but this a government owned building and I find it amazing how theybhavent done anything to get it back up and running. hi

I use to be on social assistance and a good majority of the women who work their are rude beyond belief, when I would call there the women who sits at the front desk would put you on hold for over a half hour most of the time. I went in for a appointment one time and called the front desk while I was there and the women put me on hold while she sat there and gossiped about fellow Co-workers.

Karen is a really nice person and she has really helped me and is currently helping me get on disability which i am truly grateful for.

DISGUSTING SERVICE IN THE BELLEVILLE OFFICE,... NOTHING BUT RUDE WORKERS, ESPECIALLY,.. DEBBIE VICTORIA,... What an Aweful, un-helpfull, Wanna be, U'd Think n e Of the funds were coming out of HER Pocket!!... LMAO!..Some people have no choice but to be On disability,..& These worker's shouldn't belittle their Clients, because they have a Chip on There shoulder,... Find another job!!!!:(
