We had an excellent experience. Our specialist, Ashwini was extremely helpful and gentle with our 8 month old daughters first ear piercing.

Terrible experience today getting my 10 month old’s ears pierced by Jackie. The experience ended with the piercing gun STUCK TO THE BACK of my screaming and crying daughter’s ear. We felt racism was at play as well.Went in today with my daughter, mother and mother in law (both of who wear hijab) for my daughters ear piercing. My daughter is the first girl in the family getting her ears pierced so we were all really excited.When we got in, we were assigned to Jackie who started by marking her ears. My mom and MIL politely asked her to remark them a couple of times until they felt confident it was even. Jakkie kept saying “well I think it’s perfect” and was visibility getting aggravated at how involved my family was being. Her entire demeanor was not friendly, not open and she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her belt asking her to remark the ear or even by closely examining the marks she was making. This attitude had to have come from some preconceived racist ideas considering we were all extremely pleasant and friendly with her.I was surprised that despite there being a second girl working in the empty salon when we were there, the second girl did not assist at all with the piercing. This was where the problem stemmed from. Jackie did not load the second piercing gun before starting. After piercing my daughters first ear, of course my daughter is crying but now Jackie is loading a second gun so by the time the second piercing came around, my daughter was wailing/kicking. This second piercing should have been done IMMEDIATELY after the first but it was not because the gun wasn’t loaded and Jackie did not have any additional help.After she piercing my screaming daughters second ear, she did not apply enough pressure for the gun to smoothly place the piercing and release the earring backing. The gun was then STUCK TO THE BACK OF MY SCREAMING DAUGHTERS EAR. Jackie was visibly panicked and trying to unhook it with her fingernails. This took SEVERAL minutes to do while my daughter was screaming and crying in the background and the entire family was completely panicked. Completely unprofessional. Jackie does not know what she is doing.Her demeanor completely changed after the piercing catastrophe was over. She became much friendlier all of a sudden. She tried passing this off as something that happens from time to time. I have had 9 piercings in my life and have witnessed countless others and no this does not happen. Then she tried to blame my mother in law and claimed she was not holding my daughter tightly enough. My MIL held her completely fine and I really fail to see the correlation between how tight she’s being held to the gun getting stuck at the back of her ear. She tried to tell me it’s not in their policy to have two associates pierce a child’s ear. This sounds like completely nonsense too considering when we entered the store, the second associate asked Jackie if she wanted her help which Jackie declined.An absolutely terrible experience. I recommend this salon to nobody. Take your child elsewhere for ear piercings.

Had my 6 year olds ears pierced today. The lady who looked after us (Mira I think) was so kind, made jokes and did everything she could to make my little girl feel more comfortable. The process was quick and very professional.

So lucky to have had Mira for our ear piercing appointment. She is very professional, personable, and honest, she gave us great advice on re-piercing, excellent with piercings for all ages. Highly recommend her if you are interested in booking an appointment!! Thank you so much Mira!

Fantastic experience for piercing and new studs.I went here to get a stud replaced on my newly pierced ear as I was super sensitive touching it or moving it; the lady here helped me with getting it out and I also bought a really beautiful stud from them. Reasonably priced, hygienic place. Also easily accessible so no issues with parking, finding the place. It is at the basement floor. Definitely recommended for piercing.

Olivia is amazing! She did my eyebrows with a great level of care and paid close attention to detail. Best job I've gotten in years.

Went to do ear piercing for my 4 months old baby back in September 2021. The salon recommended the manager to do it since she is a baby. After 1 week of following all instructions with the cleaning solution they sell and everything, she started to have infection in both ears. I have to use antibiotic cream for 10 days to heal and of course it took way longer and the holes are gone. After paying $100 for the service, earrings and solution, I still have to buy another earrings to re-pierce and of course will not go there again!!

Absolutely recommend going to caryl baker visage in stone road mall. I have been going for awhile now to get my eyebrows done, the service is always amazing and the staff is always so kind, welcoming and do a really good job!!!Hope has been doing my eyebrows for 5 months now, and she is the perfect person to trust :)

never get your eyebrows done here!!! I got mine done about a year ago and the lady left me sobbing in the mall. I had very thick and full eyebrows to begin with and she waxed and trimmed them wayyy too much. I haven’t gotten my eyebrows done since because of my trust issues this place left me. Overall good place for other things except for eyebrow waxing!
