I do not know how to express how I feel. I brought two bags of clothes in last week to try and sell to them. I was shocked to how little they took and how little cash I got in return. They are so picky in what they take. However when I picked up the clothes I only received one bag back and I figured they combined both bags into one. It wasn't till later I realized I was missing some clothes. The next morning I called and explained my situation and the employee on the phone said she would look for what I was missing and would call me back ounce they found the bag, its been a couple days and I have yet to hear back. I am extremely disappointed and devastated, I couldn't understand how they could lose a customers personal belongings, hence they were clothes they did not want. Some of the clothes were high quality and now I wont get them back! :(

Busy place but disappointing. Hardly any room to get around with your cart and I didn't find anything that I would want to buy in there. Prices are higher than other thrift stores.

When you find something dope you feel great but you spend a lot of time searching. If you've got time to dig and search, you may find a cool piece and it's kinda fun

Name brand second hand clothes and accessories for good prices. If you go when they are having their clearance sale-you luck out can’t go wrong for .50-$1.50

Has a lot of brand name clothes and accessories for a half decent price. They sometimes have sales so you can get things for a lot less. Some of the clothes there are very old and are pulling. They should definitely reduce the prices or even remove those from the rack.

Best second hand store with good quality and cheap.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, non discriminative staff. HUGE selection. The largest store I have visited. Puts the whole Cambridge store to shame, however Cambridge has done it to itself, with the young, immature, inexperienced snotty staff. 5star for this location all around.

I got turned away because my clothes were too dressy and the peep toe shoes weren't a good seller. Clearly there were dressy clothes for sale. Won't return.

Awful, awful. I’ve never purchased clothing from them but I have brought clothes to sell, and they’re just awful. They want your clothes neatly folded so they can go through them, but they return the unwanted items in awful condition. The last time I picked my unwanted items up from them, they were barely in the bin I had brought them in, half falling out and half shoved back in. Awful service, do yourself a favour and avoid them at all cost.

Nice location. Lots of stock. It was my first time selling clothes here. The process was seamless.
