We recently had the misfortune of having raccoons enter our attic from one of the Air vents on the roof. After we got them out we realized they made a complete mess of our insulation. After interviewing a few insulation companies, we had a good feeling about Top Reno Solutions. They also handled the energy inspection so we could get a government rebate. It was a 2 day job and the workers were very professional, prompt, polite, clean and detailed in their work and respectful of our living space. We did our Attic Insulation with Top Reno Solutions. The crew was on time, very professional and caring. They cleaned the left over insulation in the closet. After 2 days I noticed the difference in temperature. The lady at the office was so patient with our questions and answered them all clearly. No hidden cost. Our house was always cold in winter time and hot in summer. My husband called Top Reno Solutions in January. The energy auditor from Enbridge helped us to find out the reason for this problem which was poor attic insulation and poor wall insulation. They completed both jobs in less than two weeks and I can tell the difference now. Hope to see the result in summer as well. Great job and very supportive people. Thank you for your awesome services. The office was so cooperative, the energy inspection was smooth and the insulation crew did an amazing job. So clean, I was expecting a messy renovation but the guys did vacuum in the closet and their job site as well as blowing my driveway after they finished. I was adding attick insulation to my roof. Mel from the office was very knowledgeable of the process. She explained it very well and in detail. She also set up my appointment for me and arranged things with the Energy Auditor as well. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.The 2 workmen that came were ontime and they did the insulation and cleaned up well. They where very polite as well.I am happy with the process.
