A convenient walk in clinic that services heartland area year round. We normally visit them for normal virus type symptoms. Dr. Abunna is kind and receptive, as with most doctors in North America practice your own caution as your guidance helps these doctors homein on a subscription that will cure you. Good example is if certain antibiotics cured you last time, tell your doctor about it. This saves you time and revisits. I recommend this clinic for day to day flu type health issues.

This clinic has a big sign saying Walk-in at the entrance.So we decided to go directly since no one was receiving the calls on front desk.It was on the other day of the snow storm so we reached with great difficulty.When we reached there the door was locked but inside the office was open.So we tried calling and this time the lady at front desk popped out of no where and said that she wont open the door and come out.We requested that we have a child with us and we need to talk to the doc regarding her vaccinations.The lady came at the door and said we will not allow without any appointments.She went back in again and asked us to call again.Imagine we are standing outside the office and we are still talking with her on phone because she is not letting us in.This was very very inhuman.Atleast she could have let us in and explained us inside the clinic.We reached with great difficulty as it was on the other day of snowstorm and road were completely snow covered.I would say either remove the walk-in signs or treat people as humans when they visit your clinic and open the door atleast as we are fully vaccinated.I would give zero stars due to this act of in humanity and would never visit the clinic again.

I can't even call Samir a doctor. When you get into the medical field, compassion for your fellow human beings is probably the one thing you should at least have. He made my pregnant sister cry, yelled at my mother on multiple occasions and belittled me many times. This is the worst medical professional I have ever met in my entire life. Stay far away, I feel bad for the ladies who work with him. They are sweet.

Dr Abouna is an excellent doctor.I start visiting his cabinet about 10 years ago and later when there was an opportunity I registered at his clinic as Family Doctor.He found my diabetes and thanks to medication I received from Dr Abouna I have everything under control.

Doctor Samir Abouna, is getting old and this is why he acts like a grumpy grandpa when he see or meet people. Where as his assistant Naghma is very very cooperative and that poor lady try to cover doctor's rude behavior . The poor reception lady is taking responsibility of the reception, phone and the same girl is lab tech.A good suggestion , to handover this facility to new young doctors so that people can be treated well and this clinic can be utilized properly when ill people are in need of a doctor. and doctor Samir can sit home and enjoy the profit

One percent is too much for this doctor! The clinic is clean and staff are nice but Samir Abouna is so rude and unpleasant. I went to get my son vaccinated for his 12 months and he was extremely rude to me and my son. He walked in I said hi he said don’t talk to me. My son was crying and he was being so rough with him and I was trying to sooth him he didn’t let me! Whenever I talk he leaves the room! He is not the first doctor to be working at a pandemic. This kind of treatment should be completely prohibited!

Doc.Samir is the Worst doctor ever, he said I was negative from my test only to for the assistant that caught his mistake. Grumpy old grandpa, his solution for all worlds problem is take Advil

Dr. Abouna is the rudest, most condescending, least helpful doctor I have ever spoken with. Women especially should avoid him - he treated me like I was stupid, disregarded my symptoms, and dismissed my concerns. He does not listen at all - I could barely get a sentence out. He actually interrupted me several times while I was explaining my issue or asking questions to say “can I talk now?” The rest of the staff were also quite rude and unhelpful. The whole group of them made me feel like an inconvenience for needing help with a medical issue - which is ironic given that they are a medical clinic. If you are looking for help, I’d suggest going literally anywhere but here.

Abouna is callous, thoughtless with non existent bedside manners or basic regard for his patients. His “jokes” are not funny. The letter posted in his exam in room claiming that he was one of the world’s top physicians, now THAT is a joke. Do not go here if you don’t have to, make a trip to the other walk ins around.
