I was a participant at a Holiday Bazaar on November 12 2022. It was a wonderful experience, the rooms were very clean, the volunteers were very helpful. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Looking forward to future events here. Thank you.

Our Superintendents Donna and John are great. They are approachable, pleasant and try their best to solve any issues. The building environment is amazing!

96 Paisley is quite a great place to live. The building is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Donna and John are approachable and extremely efficient in their roles. One of the most enchanting aspects of the building is the decoration and preparations of holiday celebrations. When you enter the common spaces you are immersed in the fun and beauty of the season. Feels like home.Donna and Joh deserve all the best accolades. Greenwin is fortunate to have them.

This has been my home since 2019 and I love it here! My Super is wonderful, kind, and helpful; I always feel supported and taken care of in my building. This place has gotten more beautiful every year and a wonderful sense of community has been built. I can't wait for what fun events they have in store for us next!

Although I have only been here since March 2022, I have been welcomed into the Paisley Square community. I walk daily several times around all 4 buildings and enjoy the interaction with tenants from all buildings , especially when there is a dog along.In my building, I am overwhelmed how Donna and John Dell’Anno manage the respect of all the tenants by their hard work interacting and maintaining a super clean building and grounds.Donna is always planning something we could participate in. From a craft sale, to the 5K walk for the food bank, to euchre on Thursdays, to another honey bee seminar later on this month, to mention some. John is always willing to fix something, he is very tidy, doesn’t like garbage strewn around the premises. Both are very willing to help out wherever and whenever.The appreciation BBQ by management was held in between 996 and 987, Donna and John had everything in place for all the tenants of Paisley Square to enjoy a wonderful spread , Donna was a super hostess.Maria and her husband , housekeeping, I also have to give credit to for keeping our place very spic and span. Mostly for a housekeeping staff to do their best, they need a good management team and they certainly find that in Donna and John.I am very happy to be part of 996 Paisley Rd. Guelph.Heidi Ponzo.

I love it here. Donna, John and the cleaning staff keep everything spotless. Donna is constantly changing the decor of the lobby to match the season, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentines, St Patrick's day, Easter and of course Halloween. My grandchildren love coming over to see what new theme ideas she has decorated for. They great everyone by name and every pet knows that there are special treats in Donna's office for them. Donna's office is the first stop for every pet when they come in from outside.

Great community.Responsive property management. New units with lots of natural light, built-in blinds, modern kitchens with full-sized appliances and slate countertops, tile and laminate flooring, and floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Gargantuan balcony - mine is 36x6, which is almost half of what my entire apartment was in Toronto. Very easy to moderate the temperature with the thermostat. Each unit has a washer and dryer.Amenities are second to none. I use the gym multiple times per week, the TV/social room for NBA and NHL, and the games room whenever a guest feels like playing arcade games or pinball.I was lucky enough to win a garden plot out back, which meant that I finally took up gardening. I now have a lovely plant collection.Location has pros and cons.Pros: Across the street from Zehrs, nice neighborhood (Parkwood Gardens) for walking, close to the Imperial and Woodlawn Watson buses, and close to K-W if you have a car.Cons: Once you're there, you're there. Right on the edge of Guelph, it can be difficult to get to the rest of Guelph. There's a feeling of being stuck" sometimes. That's not a fault of the ownership or management
