Families First
We entrusted Families First to look after all the arrangements for our dearly departed mother.The Team at Families First was sensitive, professional and respectful of our intentions. No attempt was made to sell up. The visitation and funeral were planned and run with thoughtfulness and precision.A few challenges were addressed quickly to prevent distraction. The media team did a wonderful job enhancing the experience. The management team worked immediately to shoulder the practical paperwork associated with our loss.After the funeral, the documents were hand delivered. There was follow-up contact to make sure we were whole.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Families First!!!!! For many years Families First has graciously agreed to design and print tickets for our annual Hearts Together for Haiti Gala. The people working in the Families First Graphic Department have done so cheerfully, expertly and quickly!!! And they did it all for free!!!!!! It has been great to have been able to save the big expense of having to pay for the printing of tickets all these years - which has meant that we were able to buy more food in Haiti. On behalf of our friends in Haiti - Mesi Anpil! (Thank you very much!)

We had a second death in our family within a few months from each other and Families First was sensitive and understanding of what our family was going through. They really went above and beyond to accommodate us and provide a wonderful service for our family member. Collin was wonderful on the actual day of making sure everything ran smoothly and we were up to date on what was happening next.

The team at Families First did such an incredible job taking care of everything in the the funeral of our mother. We had such great guidance from the preplanning team that we knew exactly what our mother wanted. Samm, our funeral director, took such great care of everything. It was a comfort. Our mother looked beautiful, the graphics were amazing, and the aftercare has been so helpful in taking care of my moms estate. We are so very grateful.

Thank you so much to the staff at Families First. They provided my family with the such compassion, kindness and direction during a very difficult time. They assisted us in every way possible with matters we were not even aware of. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the family is well taken care of. The little added touches they included in our services were so greatly appreciated by the family. They help you ever step of the way and do not disappoint.I would highly recommend their services.

Thank you to Heather, Nikki and all the staff at Families First for their excellent work with the printing and design of flyers and posters for the Bill Buksa Memorial Kapusta Open Golf Tournament. Their re-design of our poster was outstanding. Many people commented on the beauty of the eye-catching design and asked who did it. They were prompt and professional throughout the process. Also thanks to Jen for generously approving a hole sponsor donation. We look forward to working with Families First again.
