Wings are pretty good, and the suaces are excellent.But quite overpriced for what you get.Service is varied. Sometimes the staff are friendly and nice, sometimes they don't know the menu and refuse to give you sides when their menu clearly states otherwise.

Unbelievable customer service….. took me 15 minutes to explain I wanted wings and a combo of chicken fingers. Not the employees fault English is his second language but the company for not training their employees better… ridiculous mistakes in the order too

Placed a 5 pound wing order this evening, was told it would be 30 minutes, showed up 35 minutes later & was told they ran out of wings & were waiting for another order to arrive from another store. Would have been nice to know they didn't have wings when I placed the order, no apology whatsoever. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location! Will be taking my business to another local wingery!

I arrived at 8pm on a Saturday to grab some tasty wings and take them home for dinner to share with the family, however the store lights were off and the door was locked so I was unable to purchase anything.

When I heard there was a new WingsUp! opening in Oakville I was so excited, especially it being even closer to my house than the one on Trafalgar. The service was amazing and everyone was so sweet. I got my favourites; the honey garlic and Texas tequila wings (amazing as usual). And then I tried their new garlic parmesan wedges…. THEY ARE SO GOOD! Will definitely be ordering from here a lot more :)

Three stars because the wings are actually pretty good and so are the wedges. The quality is quite consistent. Their pricing is terrible because their one person wing meal isn't filling enough for me and buying wings and wedges separately more than doubles the cost of my order. They also lost points for being greedy; who charges $1.50 for cajun seasoning.

After ordering wings up many times this time was by far my worst they gave me barely any food and left me still hungry. I ordered a pound of wings and got 5 wings.. paid and ordered a extra side of mozzarella sticks that never showed up…I tipped good and no receipt ,poor service and all around a awful location I wouldn’t recommend and they won’t be getting my service any longer.
