Seems to be happening to everyone. I would put zero if I could!!!! Puts a part on without authorization and gets charged for it. Overpriced I can buy a brand new fryer for the price of that. Should have of check the reviews before dealing with them.

Completely inexperienced, impatient, short tempered technicians.They have no knowledge of they are doing.Very expensive. Don't waste your money on these people. I wish i can give zero stars but since i don't have an option,i am forced to give 1 star.My humble request is to please ask for all hidden charges (which will surprise you for sure) and compare with their competitors.

I must say I really didn’t expect being taking advantage of. Like this. A few months back OFS came to repair our BUNN machineThey overcharged and never sent the invoiceWell the BUNN is not working and someone came but the machine is still not workingWell I just received a email with close to $500 charge. How did they charge me without asking and why do they keep my credit card on fileStay far away from this companyJust read the reviews and then move on

Non professional staff..come to store fix problem three times and still not fixed..and they authorized service team from frymaster..lack of knowledge...zero communication level in staff

Just a complete joke of a company. I had to call them six times and they never called me once. Parts unavailable. Not clear or up front with billing. Left hanging with a broken fridge for over a month now with zero communication. Thanks for nothing.

Extremely helpful. Great staff. Had some serious microwave oven issue and they even went as far as to get one replaced for me for free. How many companies would do that without a benefit to them. Thank OFS
