Will never dine in again. Delivery yes. Service was SLOW and took so long just to get a spoon. The pizza we got was amazing and was hot The issues was with everything else. 2 out of 3 main pasta dishes were never brought out We ended up getting them boxed to go. The one pasta that was served was cold. The 2 kids meals their fries were cold, the spaghetti was just the right temperature for them. The juice that came with the kids meals had no lids. The manager offered salads on the house for 2 out of 3 pastas at first then when the one pasta was served cold a third salad was offered. After waiting even longer for the pastas we got them at 50%. Why weren't all meals made at the same time as we ordered everything at once? Unless otherwise stated that's how it goes when dining in. Was VERY unpleased with our restaurant experience. The manager seemed annoyed/unimpressed while talking with us but I am glad he did come talk with us and offered the discounts he did as that gave my rating a star for that effort. I could say more about the experience but I feel what I've said is more than enough to satisfy how I feel about this experience.

We have ordered many times from this location, due to my medical condition I am unable to eat out. I would like to thank you for we have ordered everything from full meals to your pizzas and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great job and even though I can't go out feeling like I am dinning out, as the food tastes just like it would if I could dine in. That is rare these days and greatly appreciated.

I just purchased this disgusting salad for take out. I loved Santa Lucía and can’t believe they actually sold this salad. Lettuce is all brown and slimy and sadly we had three in our take out order. The only place this salad belongs is in the garbage. So disappointing. $60+ down the drain.

Hands down , the best pizza I've ever had PERIOD! And that says a lot. I'm picky when it comes to pizza. This one was perfect in every way. The crust was perfectly cooked and not too dough wee " or crispy. Plenty of toppings

IT'S a very cozy and nice place to go with family and friends. There was a handicap parking right at the front of the restaurant. We enjoyed the food and our Server mr. Thomas was very polite, smiling, and paying attention to our needs. He even helped us choose our food with his suggestions. Quantity of food was good and we even ended up ordering excess food and they gave us boxes for packing food . Overall we had a nice experience and we will go there again in summer to experience rooftop sitting.

Our party of six had initially planned on going to Olive Garden for dinner (since they don’t have that chain in Ontario) but when we called to reserve, they said they were full and unsure if they could accommodate us. This turned out to be our good fortune since we found Santa Lucia and were all pleasantly surprised with our meals. Quality AND quantity was top notch and our server was attentive and pleasant. The garlic bread was amazing, thick, and soft; probably the best garlic bread I’ve ever had. Lastly, finding a restaurant to eat at that closed after 9 or 10pm on Saturday was a bit difficult and this place closes at midnight! What a find; Happy to have found Santa Lucia Pizza!

It's a great spot to go for dinner out with kids. Good kid menu. Best greek salad in the city (I must figure out that dressing).. good hot food smothered in cheese and nice marinara. Definitely return for another fam dinner night.

Had not been fir a Ling time but ate at the Steinbach location a few weeks ago today we had to go back and checked out the St. Mary's Road location. Same fantastic pizza and fast service even at peak dining time. Tried the Hal and Joe pizza this evening. DELICIOUS !

This time, I was very disappointed.The food tasted good. The calamari portion seemed to be smaller than the one last year. No mini calamari, only the rings and the plate was also smaller.We were about halfway through with our appetizer when the server was already bringing the main course. We had to send it back because there was not enough space on a booth table with 5 people and 3 appetizers. Bad timing in the kitchen.

Love their Nachos and veggie pizza with artichokes. I like the downtown st marys location as the ambience is great they also have terrace and bar. Food quality and taste is great staff are great and curteous. Ample parking but on a busy night it can a be a bit limited. Ample washroom. Follow for more.
