Had a phone interview scheduled for 1:10pm, never called me. I had to call to remind them, then they said they’d call me back in 10-20 minutes. I called them back 3 hours later again; and they said you’ll have to reschedule. They don’t respect your time, why bother respecting theirs? Highly unprofessional.

Bugs in the washroom, the washroom wasn’t clean, the bed sheets had burn holes and weren’t changed from the previous person. Don’t open the drawers, they’re filthy and stained and there were little baggies and residue left on the bathroom sink. Won’t stay here again.

Basic rooms, not a great location but the staff are amazing!!! They made it feel like home!!

Don't ever rent from eastglen hotel ...went to the front desk to tell them my concern about the dirty tub while filling the tub it was covered in dirty particals and blankets was dirty and was covered in hair which where not changed and ask them for new blankets and a new room plus I ask them how they would make my stay more comfortable and the front desk told me there nothing they could do that not how it work! Bad service

also i heard from employees the owner doesnt pay his employees and just heads up , dont waste your time !bad area !

TRASH!!! CIGARETTE SMELLING ROOMS AS CONFIRMED WITH 2 OTHER ROOM GUESTS. ON TOP OF THAT OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY FOR US TO CHECK IN SO WE SETTLED FOR A QUEEN ROOM INSTEAD OF THE KING BOOKED, ROOM WAS DISGUSTING AND STAINED MATTRESS, BROWN AND RED STAINS. NO DISCOUNT FOR SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Horrible. Avoid stopping here. Upon check-in at about 3:30 PM June 3rd, we were told our room was not ready, “I don’t know what to tell you”. Receptionist was puzzled and did not suggest any alternate room for us. I asked if any queen rooms were ready although we booked a King.When we finally got the key and opened the door to our non smoking room, we were overcome by strong cigarette smell. So much so we could not stay in the room.The final straw was the stained bedding, small stains on the top sheet at first, then we completely dismantled the bedding to reveal the absolutely disgusting stained mattress and discoloured/stained mattress cover (pictures attached) we left promptly after seeing this.We will never stay here again.

Quite, clean, affordable and well maintained. Great service and location. I'll definitely be coming here again.

My wife and I stayed there last night. It was a pleasant experience. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great service. Considering the area of the Inn it was fairly quiet. Had a free continental breakfast which filled the void from a good night's sleep. Will definitely go back again for another stay. Thank you Eastglen Inn for a pleasant experience.
