Once Upon A Bride

These ladies saved our girls days. After a horrible experience at Bells and Bows, we stopped in and were hoping they could fit us in. They graciously did and the entire experience was phenomenal. They took our grad girls from tears to laughter and joy. They could try on as many dresses as they wanted, allowed us to take photos and used clips for the oversized dresses, allowing the girls movement and time to really breath in them, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. We left with dresses for each girl and will forever be thankful for the top notch service and care they gave us.

I had a VIP appointment here on Saturday and it was such a great day! My wedding party showed up late but our sales consultant Deonie was welcoming and amazing. I think I tried on 10 dresses and was able to stay in it to feel the movement and weight for as long as I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured into a sale. Our consultant actually listed to my wants and the things I liked about each dress. She then asked if I would mind trying one on that she picked. It ended up being the dress I picked!! It is perfect! Thank you for making this experience so wonderful and one I will never forget.

Our review is a little late but we just have to say Thank You thank you! From the moment we walked in my daughter was treated like a princess. We purchased her grad dress at the 2018 Grad Trunk Show. Our consultants name was Alisha and both Alisha and Danielle took so much time helping my daughter find the perfect dress. There was a huge variety of choices and we never felt rushed. From our first appointment to picking up her dress, we received nothing but exceptional service. My daughter walked away with her dream dress and actually wishes she could do it again. Thank you again for making her dreams come true.

Great service, great selection. They really know how to work with the Bride. Our future daughter in law bought her wedding dress there. First store visited. But shopping local is also key.

I had such a great experience with Once Upon a Bride! I thought it would be scary finding my wedding dress during the pandemic but as soon as I stepped in everyone was so welcoming and my appointment was focused on me, they weren’t going anywhere else, full attention was to me during the appointment. They gave expert advice and helped me find the perfect wedding dress. I can’t wait to wear it on my special day! And excitingly my dress came super earlier than expected and they let me know as soon as it came in. Even when I phoned in everyone was super friendly and helpful!
