I was feeling unsatisfied with my position and really wanted to advance in my field. Char is incredibly knowledgeable and supported me with every step to pursue my goals. During our mock interview sessions Charlene provided great verbiage/examples of ideal responses, created a variety of questions to ask me, changed questions between sessions to keep me prepared, helped me formulate answers to challenging questions, worked around my schedule, created interview questions specific to my field and allowed me to bank an additional session to use at my discretion. In the future, I suggest she record her sessions with clients so that the client has something to refer back to as needed. Overall, she provided a great service and I highly recommend her!

I had watched Charlene’s free One Hour Webinar and decided to sign up for the Check Your Pulse Session Summary. I liked the fact that she was local and that she has a creative background. As an artist, I feel it is important to work with someone who understands the unconventional path many of us artists tend to embark on. After some recent changes in my life, I found myself job searching for a more meaningful and higher paying job in the arts and non-profit sector.I have never worked with a coach before and I am so glad to have had this as a first experience. Our time together was immensely constructive. The amount of information she shared was phenomenal—I suggest you are prepared with pen and paper. I also felt very comfortable with her, she is very easy to talk to and honest.
