This company has the worst service ever. There is no care in how the picture of students are taken. Significant delays in getting proofs or simply missing proofs altogether. Calling their customer service or going online throws you in an endless loop of voicemails and emails that are never responded to. You are better off taking your kids in uniform at a passport photo place. The quality will be probably better there.

My child's school is captured market of this company for the last few years, therefore I'm forced to order even though they are incompetent and the photo quality is poor. There's no care in photographing the students, I think they purposely do this---not fix them so you keep ordering in addition to delays in providing proofs; then missing orders. Conveyor-belt photography without quality control.

The sample photos took so long to be returned to school that retake day had to be rescheduled, then nearly another month to get those samples back. Placed an order for digital photos, and was charged fuel charge per child, even though I ordered in the same transaction. Received one of my kids photos, still waiting on another, I reached out to customer service and was told you'll get them when you get them

This is the worst, worst, worst photography company we have come across. I am dealing with multiple issues with them for my child's school pictures, after 3 months we received them and the quality is terrible. The bar code, with all these codes, is around the pictures, the pictures are all bubbling - the gloss is half off. They have to do better with customer service which keeps transferring me to an account specialist than vice versa. NO RESOLUTION! Still trying to deal with their mess.

Paid a large sum of money for my graduation pictures been over a month, and I have not received the photos. That said, they do not even send you the digital copies of the pictures unless you pay a ridiculous sum of money on top of your order. When I contacted customer service the person speaking with me on the phone seems like they do not have a clue what they are doing. LifeTouch seems like a well run scam. Would never recommend them to anyone. I’m going to contact my school and let them know about the awesome service LifeTouch delivers: Pay a large sum of money...no digital copy, bad service, and poor quality photos. LifeTouch’s slogan should be: We take advantage of your special moments!

Children in the group photo (old enough to be organized) are unevenly squished up and then spread out. Photo quality and lighting is like from the olden days. Order information is also not organized well. Disappointing all around

You should hire Photographers who are knowledgeable, who knows how to direct their clients. Who in the hell would photograph a student with a mask on for a Grad Photo?!?! Might as well not do it. I did amateur photography and I always highlight the face of my subjects. Very disappointing and frustrating.

The absolute worst photographers. One photographer at my son's school was so unfriendly and sarcastic, telling kids to smile it's not that hard

I have been getting the runaround regarding a composite that I paid for but never received. I would never purchase anything from this organization. If you are going to partner with local photographers, it is still your brand and you should ensure customers receive products that have been paid for. It's not about the money, it's about the memory for my son. Maybe I'll get a response now????

The amounts charged for graduation photographs is nothing less than price-gouging.
